Abstract: A camera module includes a composite base, an optical lens arranged at a first side of the composite base; and a circuit board arranged at a second side of the composite base. The composite base includes a metal frame and a plastic frame. The metal frame includes a plurality of first metal strips connected end to end and at least one second metal strip corresponding extending from part of the plurality of first metal strips. The plastic frame includes a plurality of first plastic strips connected end to end and at least one second plastic strip extending from part of the plurality of first plastic strip. The first plastic strips are fixed to the first metal strips to form a top wall of the composite base, and the second plastic strips are connected to the second metal strips to form a side wall of the composite base.

Abstract: A camera module which collects incoming dirt and dust so as to prevent the accumulation of same on an optical element of the image-capturing process includes a microscope base and an optical filter unit. The microscope base includes a supporting portion. A first gap is formed in the supporting portion. The optical filter unit filter and adhesive layer formed on the optical filter. The optical filter is bonded on the supporting portion by the adhesive layer. The optical filter comprises a filter area in the optical filter. A surface of the adhesive layer facing away from the optical filter is adhesive. A second gap is formed in the adhesive layer. The filter area is exposed from the second gap. Parts of the adhesive layer and the filter area are exposed from the first gap.

Abstract: A dustproof member includes a base plate, a dustproof plate, and a connecting portion. A first through hole is defined by an inner surface of the base plate. A second through hole is defined by an inner surface of the dustproof plate. The connecting portion has a shape of a hollow barrel and defines a hollow cavity. Two opposite ends of the connecting portion are respectively connected to an end of the inner surface of the base plate and an end of the inner surface of the dustproof plate, thereby forming a dust collecting groove between the base plate and the dustproof plate. A camera module having the dustproof member and an electronic device having the camera module are also provided.

Abstract: A mechanism to render a lens module immune to trembling and jarring includes a carrier, a support element movably mounted on the carrier, and a driving element. The driving element includes a conductive structure arranged on the carrier, a plurality of positive pads on the carrier, and a plurality of shape memory alloy (SMA) wires. The SMA wires are electrically connected to the positive pads and the conductive structure. When currents flow into the SMA wires via the positive pads, the SMA wires deform upon heating and pull on the conductive structure, thus the conductive structure drives the support element to rotate in a plane parallel to the carrier. A lens module and an electronic device including the mechanism are also disclosed.

The lens holder further defines at least one escaping hole. A heat dissipation block is received in each escaping hole.
