摘要： An optical packet switching apparatus includes an optical switch unit for switching the route of an optical packet signal, an OSNR acquiring unit for obtaining the information on the optical-to-noise ratio (OSNR) of the optical packet signal, and a regenerative relay unit for regenerating and relaying the optical packet. When the OSNR of the optical packet signal is less than a predetermined reference value, the optical switch unit outputs the optical packet signal to the regenerative relay unit. The regenerative relay unit sends back the regenerated optical packet to a route through which the optical packet is supposed to be sent out.
