    摘要: A rotation angle detecting unit includes an IC package having a magnetism detecting element, a sealing body, and leads; and a covering member having a fixing part and a supporting part, which are integrally formed from resin. The element outputs a signal according to change of a magnetic field generated upon rotation of a magnetism generating device attached to a detection object. The sealing body covers the element. The leads are connected to the element, and project from the sealing body. The fixing part is fixed to a supporting body so that the covering member is attached to the supporting body. The supporting part supports the package such that the element can output the signal. The package is press-fitted into the supporting part after its formation, so that the package is supported by the supporting part with a predetermined pressure applied to part of an outer wall of the sealing body.

    摘要: A terminal-supporting apparatus includes a resin part made of non-conductive resin material and a plurality of conductive terminals including parallel terminal portions which are directly supported by the resin part. The parallel terminal portions are electrically connected to each other through an electric element. The resin part supporting the parallel terminal portions is made of non-conductive resin material mixed with non-conductive reinforced fibers of which thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than that of the non-conductive resin material. An extending direction of the parallel terminal portion is referred to as a longitudinal direction and a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is referred to as a perpendicular direction. The non-conductive reinforced fibers have a fiber direction which is substantially the same as the perpendicular direction.

The yoke is tube-shaped to surround the permanent magnet and has a chord portion into which a magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet preferentially flows. The chord portion is arranged in such a manner as to be close to the permanent magnet. A Hall element is arranged at a specified position of the stationary portion relative to the permanent magnet 20. The Hall element outputs a signal which corresponds to a density and an angle of a magnetic flux generated between the chord portion and the permanent magnet.

    摘要: A displacement measuring device includes a stationary magnetic member for providing an accommodation space and a first and second magnetic circuits, a movable magnetic member disposed in the accommodation space to move in its longitudinal direction, a magnetic sensor for sensing magnetic flux flowing in the first and second magnetic circuits. The stationary member includes a sensor supporting member disposed in line with an axis of symmetry, a pair of yoke members axisymmetrically disposed at opposite sides of the sensor supporting member, a pair of permanent magnets each of which is disposed between one of the yoke members and the sensor supporting member. The permanent magnets are polarized so that magnetic flux flows in one of the magnetic circuits opposite in direction to magnetic flux flowing in the other magnetic circuit. The magnetic sensor is disposed on the sensor supporting member to confront the moving magnetic member at a first air gap. Each of the yoke members has a projection extending in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the movable magnetic member at a second air gap. Therefore, magnetic permeance of the first and second magnetic circuits changes when the moving magnetic member moves in the longitudinal direction thereof.
