Based on these dark reference and the highlight reference, read-in values of gradation correction patterns detected by the density sensor is normalized to make a gradation correction table.

The controller determines that position detection information is from the electronic pen when the position detection information is received from a position detecting device after the pen information is received from the electronic pen, while the controller determines that position detection information is from a finger when the position detection information is received from the position detecting device without receiving the pen information from the electronic pen.

    摘要: To provide an image forming apparatus having a plurality of light-emitting elements as its light source, capable of realizing a further increase in an image forming speed and a printing speed, a TFT circuit is formed on a glass substrate, a source driver signal line extending from the source driver is connected to the TFT circuit from the lower end portion of the TFT circuit, and a light emission control signal line and a programming control signal line extending from a gate controller is connected to the TFT circuit from the upper end portion of the TFT circuit. Accordingly, it is possible to decrease a capacitance component between signal lines, thereby decreasing a programming period at the time of driving elements.

    摘要: An image formation apparatus for performing a gradation recording by changing a size of a dot on the basis of an image data inputted to the apparatus. The apparatus divides an image into a plurality of blocks each comprising a predetermined number of pixels and gives a preferential order with respect to a position within each of the plurality of divided blocks. When the preferential order is higher, the size of the corresponding dot is first enlarged on the basis of a density of the image data. This arrangement can prevent generation of a texture and deterioration of the image resolution irrespective of the case that characters or line drawings are mixed with half-tone pictures in the image.
