摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a supplier for supplying moving image data obtained by selectively encoding an original image signal using intraframe encoding and interframe encoding. 摘要： The present invention is intended to provide an image processing apparatus capable of two-color output representation in high accuracy even with a full-colored original. A color original is entered by an input means for prescan, a density distribution with respect to a hue is obtained for each electric signal of color image information, and a characteristic point of the color original image is obtained from the result of the density distribution. The two-color separation means separates a full-colored original to two colors free from the same color representation according to the information of the characteristic point obtained.

摘要： In an image processing apparatus capable of enlarging/reducing operation according to the invention, there are provided an input buffer for storing an image data, an enlargement/reduction circuit for performing the enlargement/reduction processing of the image data outputted from the input buffer, an output buffer for storing the enlarged/reduced image data, and a timing circuit for controlling processing timing for the image data through the input buffer, the enlargement/reduction circuit and the output buffer. The timing circuit respectively controls the data read-out timing from the input buffer and the data write-in timing into the output buffer in accordance with the designated enlargement/reduction ratio by regulating the frequency of clock pulse.

摘要： According to a method and apparatus for processing an image, density data representing a density of each pixel of original image data and color data representing a color of each pixel are generated. The density and color data are generated as parallel data. A write mode of a memory is set. A memory content is repeated updated in correspondence with the density data and the color data. A read mode of the memory is set. A memory content corresponding to one of the color data is externally read out. Threshold values are set in units of color data on the basis of the memory content read out from the memory. Recording density data having a smaller number of bits is formed by the set threshold values on the basis of the density data. Recording is performed on the basis of the formed recording density data.
