    摘要: An organic electroluminescent (EL) device includes at least one luminescent layer having an organic compound doped with a metal capable of acting as a donor dopant, in adjacent to a cathode electrode. The EL device ensures a diminished energy barrier in an electron injection from the cathode electrode into the luminescent layer, i.e., metal-doped organic compound layer, and thus a lowered driving voltage. The lowered driving voltage can be obtained regardless of the work function of the cathode material.

    摘要: An organic electroluminescent device including a substrate, the substrate includes, laminated thereon, an anode layer; an organic structure including at least one light-emissive layer or at least one light-emissive unit having at least one light-emissive layer; a low resistance electron-transporting layer including a mixed layer of an electron-donating metal dopant and an organic compound; an organometallic complex-contained layer including an organometallic complex compound containing at least one metal ion selected from the group having an alkaline metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion and a rare earth metal ion; a reducing reaction generating layer; and a cathode layer, in that order. At least one of the anode layer and the cathode layer is transparent. The organic EL element includes: an anode, a hole injecting and transporting layer formed on the anode, a light emitting layer formed on the hole injecting and transporting layer, an electron injecting and transporting layer formed on the light emitting layer, and a cathode formed on the electron injecting and transporting layer.     摘要: The present invention relates to an organic light emitting element comprising: a first light emitting unit comprising a light emitting layer between a pair of electrodes; and a second light emitting unit comprising a light emitting layer between a pair of electrodes. In the organic light emitting element, one electrode of the two pairs of electrodes which is positioned on the outermost side has light reflective properties, and the other electrodes have light transmission properties, while a light-transmitting insulating layer is provided between the first and second light emitting units. The insulating layer is formed in a thickness to prevent light emitted by the light emitting layer of the light emitting unit without the light reflective electrode from interfering with other lights, or formed to have properties of scattering the emitted light. Thus, the interference between the lights emitted by the light emitting layers and the other lights is reduced, so that in the organic light emitting element, the angular dependence of light emission spectrum is small, making it possible to adjust color.
