    摘要: The present invention is to provide an electric connection box for preventing movement of a large size relay and improving reliability of electric connection. The electric connection box includes a main body, a guide wall disposed on the main body for retaining an electric component, a protrusion disposed on an inner face of the guide wall for preventing movement of the electric component. The guide wall has an upper protrusion at an upper end portion thereof and a lower protrusion at a lower end portion thereof, and the upper protrusion extends toward the electric component more than the lower protrusion and at least contacts with or approaches to the electric component. The guide wall is higher than the center of gravity of the electric component and the protrusion is positioned above the center of gravity of the electric component. An electric connection box includes a first cover for retaining an electric component and a second cover having a locking member, wherein the locking member extends vertically and passes through the first cover for locking the electric component. The second cover has a middle plate for arrangement of a busbar and the locking member extends vertically through the middle plate.

    摘要: A battery-connecting plate (10) consists of busbars (16, 16′) for connecting batteries (A) together and a wire protector (23) which holds in a predetermined layout therein terminals (17) and their connection wires (22) for detecting voltage of desired ones of the batteries. The busbars and the wire protector are fixed in a resin plate (11) by insert molding, with the busbars arranged in correspondence with the batteries and with the terminals held in contact with related ones of the busbars. The busbars, the voltage detecting terminals and others are integrally incorporated in the connecting plate (10) so that these components are less exposed to the outside. The connecting plate is thus safe and easy to mount. The wire protecter includes a trunk receiver (25) for trunk wires and branch receivers (26) for branch wires, a main cover (420) and subcovers (421-426).

    摘要: A waterproof structure for a wire harness having at least one instrument, a plurality of electric wires connected thereto and a plurality of wire connecting parts at which the electrical wires are bundled. The waterproof structure includes a sealant having a viscidity less than 40000 CPS. The sealant is retained by the wire connecting part arranged in the nearest position to the instrument positioned at a tail end in an intruding course of water into the wire harness. Due to its low viscidity, the sealant can be brought easiliy among core lines constituting the wire, whereby gaps among the core lines can be sealed perfectly. Therefore, even if the water intrudes along the core lines through the other wire connecting parts, the flow of water can be checked at the specified wire connecting part thereby to protect the instrument from the immersion of water.

    摘要: In a wire protector 1, a pair of cut-outs 17 are formed in each of both side walls 8 of a protector body 2 so as to extend from an upper end 8a of the side wall 8 toward a bottom wall 10. An intermediate cut-out 19 extending from the bottom wall toward the upper end is formed between a pair of the cut-outs 17. The bottom wall is provided with an opening 14 which communicates with the intermediate cut-out 19. These cut-outs cooperate to constitute a flexible portion 9 in a substantially inverted U-shape on each of both the side walls. Chain walls 21 coupling both the side walls 8 are formed in the opening 14 in front and back of the cut-out 19. Below the cut-outs 17, are positioned front and back ends 13 of the opening 14. Upright ribs 24 for separating electric wires are provided on the bottom wall 10 at areas except the opening 14 and the chain walls 21. The wire protector 1 having the protector body 2 covered with a cover 3 is insert molded in resin material to constitute a part of a battery connecting plate.

    摘要: A wire shielding method which achieves electromagnetic shielding and reduces the number of component parts so as to enhance the efficiency of an assembling operation. In the wire shield structure, wires are covered with a shield member formed by laminating a metal foil layer and insulating layer together. The wires are led out of the shield member and connected to desired equipment. An extension portion of the shield member is folded, with the metal foil layer disposed at the inner side to form a lead wire portion. A distal portion of the lead wire portion is folded back with the metal foil layer exposed to form an earth terminal for grounding purposes. Therefore, without the use of a separate lead wire, the shielding effect can be enhanced and the number of component parts can be reduced.
