摘要: A battery module includes a plurality of cells being each cylindrical and being held in a cell holder such that the cells are arranged with positive electrodes disposed at a first side and negative electrodes disposed at a second side. The battery module further includes a plurality of positive-electrode current collector plates disposed adjacent to the positive electrodes of the plurality of cells, a plurality of negative-electrode current collector plates disposed adjacent to the negative electrodes of the plurality of cells, and bus bars being disposed in containers in the cell holder and being parallel to the plurality of cells. The containers are capable of containing the cells. Both ends of each of the bus bars are connected to one of the plurality of positive-electrode current collector plates and one of the plurality of negative-electrode current collector plates, respectively.

摘要: A battery module includes multiple cell laminations and a conductive plate. The cell laminations are laminated along vertical direction and includes at least a first cell lamination and a second cell lamination. Each cell lamination includes several cells laminated together and a busbar, the busbar includes a connection portion and a current-flow portion, the connection portion electrically connects with lugs of the cells, and further connects with the current-flow portion. The conductive plate is located beside the cell laminations. A first end of the conductive plate at least electrically connects with the current-flow portion of the busbar in the first cell lamination, and a second end thereof at least electrically connects with the current-flow portion of the busbar in the second cell lamination. The present disclosure provides a battery module which can solve the problem of impossible to consider current-flow ability, energy density and welding effect simultaneously.

In an embodiment, the stacked array comprises at least one battery having a single surface in contact with a plurality of batteries. In another embodiment, a shaped array of a plurality of thin film batteries electrically are connected together, whereby a plurality of batteries are arranged in a single layer on a non-rectangular substrate adjacent to one another generally in the shape of the surface of the substrate. Additionally, a thin film battery is described having at least one via through the substrate and at least one other via through an insulation layer to provide electronic connection to the battery cell.

摘要: There is provided a battery pack including a plurality of secondary batteries, a containing member, a protective member, and a wiring member. The plurality of secondary batteries each include a plurality of terminals. The containing member contains the plurality of secondary batteries to expose the plurality of terminals. The protective member includes a plurality of openings, and the plurality of secondary batteries contained in the containing member are covered with the protective member to expose the plurality of terminals from the plurality of openings. The wiring member is coupled to the plurality of terminals exposed from the plurality of openings. One or both of the containing member and the protective member include one or both of a ceramic material and a polymer material having a heat resistance temperature of 300° C. or higher.
