摘要: A one-way clutch includes an outer race, wherein a plurality of windows are formed in one plate-like member, is placed so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to an inner race wherein two plate-like members overlay each other and a ball raceway surface is formed by curved portions formed in outer peripheries of the plate-like members. Balls are accommodated in the windows. The face of each of the windows on the side of the outer periphery of the outer race is formed as a cam surface wherein the distance with respect to the ball raceway surface is reduced in a circumferential direction. Urging means for urging the balls in the direction is disposed. The maximum width of the one-way clutch is equal to the ball diameter and the thicknesses of the two plate-like members constituting the inner race, so that a one-way clutch of a reduced width is obtained.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a one-way clutch in which the width can be reduced as compared with one-way clutches including a conventional roller clutch, and positioning with respect to a shaft and assembling works can be simplified. In order to attain the object, in the one-way clutch of the invention, an outer race in which a plurality of windows are formed in one plate-like member is placed so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to an inner race in which two plate-like members overlay each other and a ball raceway surface is formed by curved portions formed in outer peripheries of the plate-like members. Balls are accommodated in the windows, respectively. The face of each of the windows on the side of the outer periphery of the outer race is formed as a cam surface in which the distance with respect to the ball raceway surface is reduced in a constant direction along the circumferential direction. Urging means for urging the balls in the direction is disposed. According to the configuration, the maximum width of the one-way clutch is equal to a total of the ball diameter and the thicknesses of the two plate-like members constituting the inner race, with the result that a one-way clutch of a reduced width can be obtained.

摘要: When a tag selector 30 receives a plurality of RFID tag IDs detected by an RFID tag reader 10, by a tag ID receiving part 31, it acquires nonspecificities corresponding to these RFID tag IDs from an attribute information DB 41. The tag selector 30 selects an RFID tag ID with a nonspecificity smaller than a predetermined selected tag threshold by a tag ID selecting part 33 and notifies a service determining device 50 of it. A nonspecificity is an index indicating a diversity of use of an article to which a corresponding RFID tag is attached. Therefore, the service determining device 50 determines a service to be provided for the user, based on the RFID tag ID with the low nonspecificity value, whereby it becomes feasible to promptly provide the service very likely desired by the user.

摘要: An image formation method and a thermal transfer sheet for use in the image formation method are provided. According to the image formation method and the thermal transfer sheet, an intermediate transfer recording medium comprising a substrate film and a transfer part, comprising at least a receptive layer, provided separably on the substrate film is used, and, at the time of the transfer of the transfer part in the intermediate transfer recording medium onto an object, the transfer of the transfer part onto the object in its nontransfer region, onto which the transfer part should not be transferred, can be avoided without installing any special ancillary tool on an image forming apparatus. In the method for image formation, a thermal transfer sheet comprising a substrate and at least a peel-off layer provided on the substrate is provided. Further, an intermediate transfer recording medium comprising a substrate film and a transfer part, comprising at least a receptive layer, provided separably on the substrate film is provided. The thermal transfer sheet and the intermediate transfer recording medium are put on top of each other so that the peel-off layer in the thermal transfer sheet is brought into contact with the transfer part in the intermediate transfer recording medium. The assembly is heated to remove the transfer part in its predetermined region from the intermediate transfer recording medium. The transfer part is then retransferred from the intermediate transfer recording medium onto an object. That is, the transfer part in its predetermined region in the intermediate transfer recording medium is transferred onto the thermal transfer sheet side provided with the peel-off layer and is separated from the intermediate transfer recording medium side.

摘要: A cassette for holding a transfer printing film has a pressing member for pressing against a feed roll of the film wound around a feed reel in the cassette. When the cassette is loaded in a thermal transfer printer, the film is taken up around a take-up reel from the feed reel while the pressing member is applying a braking torque to the film on the feed reel so that torque balance is attained. When the wound length of the film of the feed roll has decreased to approximately 60 percent of the initial length, the pressing member ceases to apply the braking torque to the feed reel, and thereafter the feeding and taking up of the film are carried out in a regular torque state.

摘要: A first voice recognition apparatus includes a device for analyzing frequencies of the input voice and a device coupled to the analyzing unit for determining vowel zones and consonant zones of the analyzed input voice. The apparatus further includes a device for determining positions of articulation of an input voice determined from the vowel zones by calculating from frequency components of the input voice in accordance with a predetermined algorithm based on frequency components of monophthongs having known phonation contents and positions of articulation. A second voice recognition apparatus includes a device for analyzing frequencies of the input voice so as to derive acoustic parameters from the input voice. A pattern converting unit is coupled to the analyzing unit and uses a neural network for converting the acoustic parameters to articulartory vectors. The neural network is capable of learning, by the error back propagation method using target data produced by a predetermined sequence based on the acoustic parameters, to create rules for converting the acoustic parameters of the input voice to articulatory vectors having at least two vector elements. A recognizing unit is coupled to the pattern converting unit for recognizing the input voice by comparing a feature pattern of the analyzed input voice having the articulatory vector with reference feature patterns in a predetermined sequence. A storage unit is coupled to the recognizing unit for storing the reference feature patterns having the articulatory vectors created by the pattern converting unit.
