    摘要: A compact camera module is disclosed that is capable of preventing adhesion of dust to an image pickup device in the compact camera module. The compact camera module includes a lens unit including a lens and a lens holder holding the lens therein and an image pickup unit attached to the lens unit. The image pickup unit includes a circuit board, an image pickup device on the circuit board, a cover member arranged on the circuit board to cover the image pickup device, and an optical filter arranged with respect to the cover member to face the image pickup device. The image pickup device is disposed in a substantially closed space formed by the circuit board, the cover member, and the optical filter. After the image pickup device is mounted on the circuit board, the image pickup device is disposed in the substantially closed space, and therefore, the compact camera module can be assembled with no occurrence of dust adhesion to the image pickup device.

    摘要: An objective lens is included in an optical pickup device that records and/or reproduces an information signal onto and/or from an optical recording medium. The objective lens has a numerical aperture of 0.82 or higher, has first and second surfaces that are both aspherical, and focuses a light beam onto the optical recording medium. The first and second surfaces have surface-to-surface eccentricity therebetween that causes an aberration, the aberration being correctable by tilting an optical axis of the objective lens relative to a central axis of the light beam incident on the objective lens. The aberration caused by the surface-to-surface eccentricity includes a third-order coma aberration. When the optical axis is tilted relative to the central axis of the incident light beam so that the third-order coma aberration becomes substantially 0 mλ rms, each of astigmatism, spherical aberration, and high-order coma aberration becomes 20 mλ rms or less.

The optical pickup apparatus includes a light emitting section for emitting a first laser beam having wavelength λ1 and a second laser beam having wavelength λ2 different from the wavelength λ1, a surface relief type first diffraction grating having a phase height of two steps produced by being equipped with a first phase grating and a second phase grating arranged at opposite sides of the first phase grating and adapted to split the laser beam of the wavelength λ1 into three beams and transmit substantially all of the laser beam of the wavelength λ2, a surface relief type second diffraction grating having a phase height of two steps produced by being equipped with a first phase grating and a second phase grating arranged at opposite sides of the first phase grating and adapted to split the laser beam of the wavelength λ2 into three beams and transmit substantially all of the laser beam of the wavelength λ1, an objective lens for converging the laser beams emitted from the light emitting section onto an optical disc, an optical element for branching the optical paths of return light reflected by the optical disc, and a light receiving section for receiving the return light branched by the optical element.

This structure eliminates minute chipping and cracking near the resin which has been cut in the vicinity of the end of the outer lead. The semiconductor device is produced in such a way that a push-back-portion is previously arranged between leads of the lead frame and the push-back-portion is pushed down after molding. The resulting semiconductor device has outer leads such that there is no encapsulating resin between outer leads which show themselves in the bottom surface of the resin encapsulated body.

As a result, the present invention provides a camera actuator capable of improving the degree of freedom of design around the optical path bending member.
