摘要: A processing tank is partitioned into a plurality of compartments which are serially connected to define a continuous processing path having an entrance and an exit for photosensitive material. The path is filled with a processing solution having a desilvering function such that the processing solution in at least one compartment has a different composition from the processing solution in at least one of the remaining compartments. Silver halide photosensitive material is successively passed through the compartments without contact with the ambient air. Desilvering the photosensitive material after exposure and development in this way reduces the amount of processing solution used, especially replenished, while achieving improved photographic properties.

摘要: A space-saving, efficient wash tank is provided in which a plurality of compartments are serially connected through narrow channels to provide a continuous processing path, and wash water is supplied to the path through a selected compartment, whereby a strip of photosensitive material is washed with the water during its passage through the path. This wash tank ensures efficient washing and water saving when the selected compartment has a smaller volume than the remaining compartments or when the selected compartment is substantially emptied of the water during a quiescent period, or bath. Wash water flows in counter flow to the travel direction of photosensitive material during operation and is drained from the lowermost compartment at the end of operation.

摘要: In an apparatus comprising a plurality of processing compartments partitioned in a tank and each filled with a processing solution, a photosensitive material is successively passed through the compartments whereby the photosensitive material is processed by contact with the solution in each compartment. An outlet for discharging the solution is provided at a location other than the first and last compartments, usually at an intermediate compartment. A plurality of inlets for respectively supplying processing solutions having different functions can be provided at different locations so that the apparatus accomplishes two or more functions in a single tank. The apparatus becomes compact and the amount of processing solution replenished is reduced. A steady processing ability is maintained when the first compartment has a smaller volume than the remaining compartments and the solution is replenished to the system in a feedback control mode on the basis of a detected value representative of the amount of the solution supplied.

摘要: In an open joint structure for the prevention of water leakage an isobaric space is formed which has no difference between pressure in the space and ambient pressure. The open joint structure contains at least one groove 11 extending in the vertical direction formed on the exterior side of a vertical edge of a precast concrete curtain wall and which faces an opposing groove 11 of an adjacent precast concrete curtain wall. A heat barrier plate 10 with cutout portions on through holes 13 is mounted between the side walls in the grooves, thereby dividing the isobaric space into a fire-blocking isobaric space (A) between the exterior side of the wall and the heat barrier plate 10 and a radiant heat-blocking isobaric space (B) between the heat barrier plate 10 and a pair of preformed sealants 20, 20. This structure exhibits both a fire-resistant function and a watertight function in an open construction method.

摘要: A development processing apparatus includes: a plurality of stock tanks which stores a plurality of types of processing solutions; a small-volume single processing tank including an entrance/exit port for a film which enables the entering/exiting of the film, the processing tank accommodating the film via the entrance/exit port for a film and developing the film in the plurality of types of processing solutions; processing solution supply which supplies the plurality of types of processing solutions from the plurality of stock tanks to the processing tank in a predetermined order; a sensor which measures the temperature of the processing solution within the processing tank; a heater which is disposed at the stock tanks or the processing solution supply and heats the processing solution; and control which is connected to the processing solution supply and the heater and controls the processing solution supply such that the last processing solution supplied to the processing tank is filled within the processing tank even after the film is removed from the processing tank, and the control controlling the heater such that the temperature of the last processing solution is set to a predetermined temperature and that the processing tank is lagged by the last processing solution heated by the heater. Therefore, because the processing tank is lagged by the heated last processing solution upon insertion of the film, the development processing can be effected rapidly at optimal temperature.

摘要: A photosensitive material processing apparatus is provided with a loading section for loading therein a film container accommodating a film which is wound from one edge section in the longitudinal section thereof around a spool shaft with the edge section thereof in the longitudinal section separated from the spool shaft for development and also which is returned in the separated state to a customer, said film accommodated therein in the state of being wound around the spool shaft; a feeding device means for feeding the film into the loading section from another edge section of the film wound around the spool shaft and also retaining the film in the state where the former edge section of the film in the longitudinal direction is kept locked in the loading section; and a single processing tank for receiving a portion of the film fed out by the feeding means from the loading section and developing the film with a processing liquid. Therefore, it is not necessary to convey the film in a curved manner in the processing tank.
