Abstract: A linear motion guide device includes a slider slidably attached onto a guide rail, an end cap and a wiper device attached to each side of the slider, the wiper device includes two wiping members to be easily and detachably attached to each of the end cap without tools and fasteners. The wiping members each include one or more projections or one or more latches for engaging with the end cap and for anchoring and positioning the wiping members to the end cap without tools and fasteners. The end cap includes a space separated into two chambers and for receiving the wiping members respectively. The wiping members each include a soft wiping portion for resiliently engaging with the guide rail.

Abstract: A circulating system for a linear guideway comprises a slide block, a slide rail, two cover plates, two end caps and plural rolling elements. The slide block is disposed on the slide rail. The two cover plates and the two end caps are disposed at two opposite ends of the slide block, respectively. Between the two cover plates and the two end caps are disposed inner return and outer return blocks, respectively, and the inner return and the outer return blocks each are defined with half rolling paths to form complete rolling paths. Both ends of a complete rolling path and both ends of a complete loaded path are connected to both ends of two complete return paths to complete circulation paths. The inner and outer return blocks are made by common plastic injection molding, and the formed rolling paths are made of plastic material.

Abstract: An automatic lubrication structure of slide mechanism. The automatic lubrication structure includes a guide section, a slide section slidably disposed on the guide section, and a lubricating section fixedly disposed on the guide section. The lubricating section has an oil reservoir with an internal cavity for containing therein a lubricant or the like. The lubricating section further has a communication passage and multiple oil-filling holes formed on lateral sides of the guide section in contact with the slide section. The cavity communicates with the oil-filling holes via the communication passage. The slide section is movable to push a push member for making the lubricant or the like contained in the cavity spill out of the oil-filling holes so as to provide lubrication effect for contact faces between the guide section and the slide section.

Abstract: A guiding device for a synchronous connector comprises a strip-like synchronous connector and at least one connecting member. Both ends of the synchronous connector are formed with two opposite fixing seats. The connecting member with elastic deformation characteristic is serially connected and fixed in the fixing seats at both ends of the synchronous connector, slide correspondingly to the clearance change during the operation of the two ends of the synchronous connector, and bend correspondingly to the turning action of the synchronous connector. By such arrangements, the elastic deformation characteristic of the connecting member can be utilized to avoid the collision interference with the rail wall surface, and the linear guiding device will be circulated smoothly and stably.
