    摘要: The present invention provides a roller connector rotatably retaining a plurality of rollers arranged in a line and capable of being incorporated into an endless roller-circulation path of an endless sliding type linear guide unit and it also provides an improved linear guide unit using such roller connector. The roller connector comprises a plurality of rollers arranged in a row with the axes of rotation of the rollers being held parallel with one another, a plurality of spacers interposed between a plurality of rollers and each provided with a pair of concave seats with which each of the rollers comes into sliding contact and an elongate flexible connecting portion adapted to connect the spacers together and characterized in that the connecting portion is connected to the spacers at a position at which the outer peripheral surface of each of the rollers is divided into two substantially equal parts in the axial direction and that the connecting portion is provided only one side of the line of rollers.

Each of the cage segments includes an arc portion; and a bar portion that extends radially inward from the arc portion and that maintains a circumferential interval between rollers adjacent to each other. A groove portion extending along an axial direction is formed at each of end faces of the arc portions, the end faces facing each other in the circumferential direction. In the cage, elastic bodies are inserted into the groove portions and urge the arc portions in the circumferential direction, each of the elastic bodies is disposed between the end faces facing each other, and the cage segments are connected to each other by the elastic bodies.

    摘要: The invention provides a solid polymeric lubricant composition which, when the composition is packed in a polymeric lubricant packed rolling bearing, does not increase the rotational torque of the bearing, and prevents voids from remaining when the composition is packed and formed in the bearing, seizure from occurring when the rolling bearing is rotated, and also a polymeric lubricant packed rolling bearing in which such a solid polymeric lubricant composition is packed. As means for attaining the object, the kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil which is the base oil to be mixed with a polymer is set to be low or in a range of 10 to 200 mm2/s at 40null C., and an extreme pressure additive and/or an antiwear agent is blended with the lubricating oil. Therefore, the viscosity of the solid polymeric lubricant composition (polymeric lubricant) before solidification is lowered, so that the composition can spread to enter every corners and gaps in the bearing and the rotational torque of the bearing can be reduced. Furthermore, seizure can be prevented from occurring by the presence of the extreme pressure additive and/or the antiwear agent.
