The contact conductor section of the shaped part extends inside a cavity in the support leg and the standing contact section has a ground contact surface and a stack contact surface. These contact surfaces are connected by an offset element in the standing contact section and the stack contact surface is arranged above the ground contact surface in a vertical direction.
Abstract:
A tapping valve with a plastic valve housing for shipping and storage tanks for liquids, which are equipped with an inner tank with a filling socket and a drain socket for connecting the tapping valve, an outer jacket of a metal cage or sheet metal, and a pallet-like metal support frame. The tapping valve is screwed by means of the inlet socket of the valve housing onto a connecting flange, which is designed as a threaded flange, is made of an electrically conductive plastic material, and is welded onto the drain socket of the inner tank. The connecting flange of the valve housing is connected with the support frame or the outer jacket of the shipping and storage tank by an electric grounding conductor.
Abstract:
A transport and storage container for liquids has a pallet-shaped support frame of metal or of an electrically conducting plastic material. An exchangeable inner container of plastic material is supported on the support frame and has four sidewalls, a bottom, and a top. The inner container further has an upper closable fill socket and a lower outlet socket with a tapping fixture or an upper closable tapping socket. An outer jacket surrounds the inner container and is made of grade bars of metal or sheet metal. The inner container has a single-layer or multi-layer body. The inner container has integral electrically conducting sections comprised of an electrically conducting plastic material, wherein the electrically conducting sections form electrical connections between an inner surface and an outer surface of the inner container.
Abstract:
A method for producing a tapping valve formed as a plastic injection-molded part for plastic or metal shipping and storage tanks for liquids, wherein, in a first process step, the screw cap for screwing the valve onto the outlet connection of a liquid tank is produced in a first injection mold, the screw cap is then placed in a second injection mold, and in a second process step, the valve body is produced in the second injection mold in such a way that the inlet connection of the valve body passes through the opening of the ring shoulder and the threaded hole of the screw cap with clearance, and the collar of the inlet connection of the valve body is located inside the screw cap. In a second method, the valve body and its inlet connection are injection-molded as separate parts in a first process step, and in a second process step, the inlet connection, with a screw cap slipped onto it, is welded onto the valve body.
Abstract:
A transport and storage container for liquids has a pallet bottom frame, a latticework enclosure connected to the bottom frame, and an inner container received in the enclosure. The vertical rods of the latticework enclosure are connected to upper and lower peripheral profiled edge sections. The vertical rods are hollow and have flattened upper ends shaped to a wave profile with welding projections. The upper profiled edge section is a hollow profiled section formed to a double bar that extends peripherally and transversely to the vertical rods and is shaped to have inner and outer wave profiles engaging one another. The outer wave profile has grooves, and the inner wave profile forms welding projections. The upper ends of the vertical rods and the double bar are connected by projection welding. The upper profiled edge section has a flat upper rim for supporting legs of a container stacked on top.
Abstract:
A transport and storage container for liquids, with a plastic inner container, an outer jacket, as well as a pedestal resembling a pallet, which is equipped to be handled by stacker trucks, stacker cranes, or similar transport devices. The pedestal exhibits a floor for bracing the inner container and a base frame with support feet. The floor exhibits a supporting surface for the inner container and a bearing edge, which is separated from the supporting surface by a floor barrier, and arranged between a lower edge of the outer jacket and the base frame. The lower edge of the outer jacket is frictionally connected to the base frame at least at one junction by a bonding device that acts on the base frame via the bearing edge. The floor barrier exhibits a lowered barrier in the area of the junction.
Abstract:
A transport and storage container for liquids, which can be used as a single-use or multiple-use container, has as its principal components an exchangeable parallelepiped-shaped inner container of plastic material with a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls, a lower and an upper bottom, a filling socket integrally formed on the upper bottom and closable by means of a cover, and a discharge socket to be connected to a discharge fitting, wherein the discharge socket is integrally formed or welded to an indentation in the lower portion of the front wall. The container further includes an outer casing constructed as a grate casing with intersecting horizontal and vertical grate rods of metal for receiving the inner container, and an underframe constructed as a pallet with skids.
Abstract:
A pallet-like base frame includes a floor for supporting the inner container. Corner feet and central feet are mounted on a foot frame attached to the floor. At least one of the corner feet includes a corner foot body with a front wall and partial bodies. The partial bodies respectively comprise an upper supporting surface formed on the circumferential rim of the front wall for connecting the corner foot with the floor and a lower supporting surface with a connecting region for connecting the corner foot with the foot frame. The lower supporting surface of at least one partial body has a stop body arranged between a circumferential rim of the front wall and the connecting region. The stop body, due to its distance from the circumferential rim, defines a bearing rim for supporting the base frame on an outer casing of a transport and storage container.
