摘要: Systems and methods for using a non-stick conductive material to automate tool touch-off in an additive manufacturing process are provided. A substrate comprises a first conductive layer, an intermediate binder layer, and a second non-stick conductive layer. The non-stick conductive layer may comprise perfluoroalkoxy alkanes and carbon nanotubes. An electrical connection may be made between the first conductive layer and the second non-stick conductive layer. When used with an additive manufacturing device, when the nozzle of the device contacts the substrate, a circuit may close resulting in a detectable voltage drop. When the voltage drop is detected, a reference point for the additive manufacturing device may be set.

摘要: A device manufactures an electrode strip for a battery including a current collector strip and at least one layer of electrochemically active composite material on either side of the current collector strip. The device includes an extruder including a sheath, an extrusion head, and an extrusion screw. The extrusion screw includes an outer tube and an inner tube that are coaxial and fitted into one another. The outer tube is mounted so as to be rotatably movable relative to the sheath. The inner tube is stationary relative to the sheath and includes an outlet located upstream of the extrusion head. Moreover, the manufacturing device includes advancing and unwinding structure to convey the current collector strip through the inner tube and up to the extrusion head.

摘要: The multilayer foam sheet includes a polyethylene resin foam layer and a resin layer laminated on at least one of the two surfaces of the foam layer. The resin layer has a multilayer structure formed from a surface layer and an intermediate layer. Both the surface layer and the intermediate layer contain a polyethylene resin and a polymeric antistatic agent. The polymeric antistatic agent is contained in the intermediate layer at a proportion of 30-70 wt % (inclusive). The polymeric antistatic agent is contained in the surface layer at a proportion of at least 5 wt % to less than 30 wt %.

摘要: A method of making a homogeneous mixture of polyolefin solids and carbon solids without melting the polyolefin solids during the making. The method comprises applying acoustic energy at a frequency of from 20 to 100 hertz to a heterogeneous mixture comprising the polyolefin solids and the carbon solids for a period of time sufficient to substantially intermix the polyolefin solids and the carbon solids together while maintaining temperature of the heterogeneous mixture below the melting temperature of the polyolefin solids, thereby making the homogeneous mixture without melting the polyolefin solids.

摘要: In an example 3D printing method, an electrical conductivity value for a resistor is identified. Based upon the identified electrical conductivity value, a predetermined amount of a conductive agent is selectively applied to at least a portion of a build material layer in order to introduce a predetermined volume percentage of a conductive material to the resistor. Based upon the identified electrical conductivity value and the predetermined volume percent of the conductive material, a predetermined amount of a resistive agent is selectively applied to the at least a portion of the build material layer in order to introduce a predetermined volume percentage of a resistive material to the resistor. The build material layer is exposed to electromagnetic radiation, whereby the at least the portion coalesces to form a layer of the resistor.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a method for producing a pinhole-free thin resin current collector for negative electrodes. The method for producing a sheet-shaped resin current collector for negative electrodes of the present invention includes stacking three or more layers of melts of conductive resin compositions each containing a polyolefin and a conductive filler to obtain a multilayered body, wherein the polyolefin contained in each of the conductive resin compositions that form the respective layers of the multilayered body has a melt mass flow rate of 15 to 70 g/10 min as measured at a temperature of 230° C. and a load of 2.16 kg in accordance with JIS K7210-1:2014.
