    摘要: A method for utilizing a household's existing telephone line wiring and existing analog telephone sets to make VoIP calls and PSTN calls is provided. The method allows the installation of a simple VoIP routing device in the existing wiring without restructuring of the existing wiring or a deployment of a totally separate network. The method deploys a number of mapping devices to take advantages of the un-used wires in the existing wiring. The mapping devices are installed between the wall jacks and the phone sets, and between a wall jack and the VoIP routing device. The installation of the mapping devices is easy and requires no special tools and experienced personnel.

    摘要: A display module is provided, which includes a first and a second substrates, a transparent type solar cell, a display device, an electric power storage device, a driving circuit and a power supply transfer switch. In the display module, the first substrate, the transparent type solar cell, the display device and the second substrate are successively arranged according to an incident direction of a light source. The transparent type solar cell has a visible light transmittance of 10%-40% and a color temperature (Tc) larger than 2400K. The electric power storage device is connected to the transparent type solar cell for storing electric power there from, and the driving circuit is connected to the display device for driving the same. The power supply transfer switch is used for transferring the electric power into the electric power storage device or the driving circuit.

    摘要: A method of repairing a pixel structure is provided. In the method, the pixel structure on a substrate is provided and includes a scan line, a data line, an active device, an insulating layer, and a pixel electrode. The scan line and the data line are located on the substrate. The active device is located on the substrate and electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The insulating layer covers the scan line, the data line, and the active device and has a contact opening. The pixel electrode is located on the insulating layer and fills the contact opening to electrically connect the active device. A laser removing process is performed to remove the pixel electrode in the contact opening, such that the pixel electrode is electrically insulated from the active device.

    摘要: An active device array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of active devices, a first passivation layer, a transparent pad layer, a plurality of color filter patterns, a second passivation layer, a plurality of pixel electrodes, and a black matrix layer is provided. Each of the active devices is electrically connected to one of the scan lines and one of the data lines, respectively. The transparent pad layer having a plurality of openings for accommodating the color filter patterns is disposed on the first passivation layer located above the scan lines and the data lines. The first passivation layer, the color filter patterns and the second passivation layer have a plurality of contact windows therein. The black matrix layer is disposed above the transparent pad layer to cover a portion of the pixel electrodes.

    摘要: An electrowetting pixel structure includes a substrate, a hydrophobic dielectric layer, a non-polar liquid, a polar liquid, at least one electrode, and at least one contact hole. The hydrophobic dielectric layer is formed on the substrate, the non-polar liquid covers one surface of the hydrophobic dielectric layer, and the polar liquid is provided on the hydrophobic dielectric layer where the non-polar liquid and the polar liquid are immiscible. The electrode is formed on the substrate and divides the substrate into an electrode section and a non-electrode section. When a voltage is applied to the electrowetting pixel structure, the non-polar liquid contracts on the hydrophobic dielectric layer and is confined to an area substantially overlapping the non-electrode section. The contact hole is formed on the substrate at a position away from the non-electrode section of the electrowetting pixel structure.
