    摘要: An LED unit includes a reflector, an LED mounted in the reflector, and a lens detachably mounted within the reflector and covering the LED. The reflector includes a bottom plate in which the LED is received, an annular sidewall and a tapered sidewall interconnecting the annular sidewall and the bottom plate. The lens includes a disk and dome protruding upwardly from the disk. The reflector forms a pair of buckles at two opposite sides thereof to abut against the disk, thereby fixing the lens therein. A bottom face of the disk confronting the LED and a top face of the dome remote from the LED are all aspheric surfaces.

    摘要: An LED module includes an LED having a central axis I, and a lens. The lens has an incident face for incidence of the light of the LED and an opposite emitting face for refracting the light of the LED out of the lens. The emitting face of the lens has a central axis II. The central axis II is offset from the central axis I and located at one side of a plane ZOX of an XYZ coordinate with an original O which is located at a center of the LED, in which the central axis I is coincident with the Z axis. The light beams emitted from the one side of the plane ZOX are stronger than the light beams emitted from the another side of the plane ZOX after the light beams emitted from the LED pass through the lens.

    摘要: An LED unit includes an LED having a first optical axis and a transparent envelope receiving the LED therein. The envelope is a cylinder inclined towards a lateral side. The envelope includes two concave surfaces respectively defined at a top and a bottom thereof, and a convex surface formed on the top thereof. The two concave surfaces have the same second optical axis and the convex surface has a third optical axis. The second and third optical axes are parallel to each other and angled with the first optical axis. The second and third optical axes are inclined towards the same lateral side as that the envelope is inclined toward. The two concave surfaces and the convex surface are all aspheric.

The lens has a same cross section along a front-to-rear direction thereof. The lens has an inner incidence surface facing the LED and an outer emission surface. The inner incidence surface is concave toward the emission surface. The emission surface has a middle part around the optic axis of the LED concave toward the incidence surface, and two convex lateral parts off the optic axis of the LED. A peak intensity for the light generated by the LED and penetrating through the lens occurs within the convex lateral parts of the emission surface.

    摘要: An LED unit includes an LED and an envelope receiving the LED therein. The envelope includes a bottom substrate fixing the LED thereon, a sidewall angling upwardly from the substrate and surrounding the LED, and a lens formed in the sidewall and located above the LED. The lens has two aspheric surfaces with different curvatures to collect light deflected at a small angle relative to an axis of the LED into a parallel pattern. The sidewall has upper and lower conical inner circumferences and a parabolic outer circumference to direct light deflected at a large angle relative to the axis of the LED into parallel pattern. The lower inner circumference of the sidewall has an angle of 2π/5 to 13π/30, and the upper inner circumference of the sidewall has an angle of 5π/36 to 7π/36.

    摘要: An LED module comprises an LED having a first optical axis and a lens fixed over the LED for refracting light emitted from the LED. The lens comprises an emission surface having a second optical axis and an incidence surface having a third optical axis. The lens includes a surface of incidence facing the LED for an incidence of light emitted from the LED and a surface of emission for an emission of the light out of the LED module. The surface of incidence has a convex spherical surface, and the surface of emission has a concave spherical surface corresponding to the convex spherical surface. The convex spherical surface refracts the light incident thereon to redirect the light to the concave spherical surface. The concave spherical surface spreads the light into a wide and uniform beam. The surface of emission further has a first cylinder extending downwardly from an outer edge of the concave spherical surface. A totally reflective coincoid extends downwards from the first cylinder to a bottom of the LED module.
