    摘要: An illuminate device with an optical lens includes an aspherical lens and a LED. The aspherical lens, which has a flat end and an aspheric convex end, is held at the distance between 13.5 to 16.3 mm from the light center of the LED to the vertex of the aspheric surface of the lens. Light emitted from the LED enters the flat end of the lens and is refracted by the aspheric end of the lens to create a zoomable spot.     摘要: A lens assembly includes a platform having an incident surface and a projection surface on opposite surfaces thereof. Wire holes are formed to the bottom side along a longer axis of the incident surface for wiring. A cut is formed around the incident surface for receiving waterproof ring. The incident surface has a main oval-shaped concave surface. Two symmetric oval-shaped lateral concave surfaces are formed to front two lateral sides of the main oval-shaped concave surface. The projection surface is formed by a plurality of continuous oval-shaped convex surfaces and discontinuous oval-shaped convex surfaces. Two symmetric vertical planes are formed to two lateral sides of the projection surface. The lens assembly capable of receiving LED larger than 10 mm has good distribution of a transverse maximum intensity of light occurring between ±50 to ±60 degrees and a vertical maximum intensity of light occurring between ±30 to ±40 degrees.

The lens body includes a base with a receiving slot having a downwards opening for receiving the illuminant device. An convex curved surface is formed deviated from the center axis on the top of the base with a predetermined angle. The dense light of the illuminant device will be refracted and gathered by the concaved arc to the highest point of the convex curved surface and being projected.

The heat dissipating base is formed by aluminum extrusion and has a length direction defined by the aluminum extrusion direction. The heat dissipating base has a main body and a plurality of heat dissipating fins. The bottom side of the main body has a flat connecting surface. The heat dissipating fins extend outward from the main body. Each light strip has a circuit board and at least one LED module provided on the circuit board. The circuit board of each light strip is provided on the connecting surface of the heat dissipating base. The width (W1) of the connecting surface of the heat dissipating base is greater than three times the width (W2) of each light strip, i.e., W1>3W2.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical illumination module that includes a fixed light source and a plano-convex lens. The fixed light source is a light emitting diode. The plano-convex lens is an aspheric lens with rotational symmetry, and disposed to a specific distance of an optical axis of the fixed light source. The specific distance is greater than or equal to 13.5 millimeter, and is smaller than or equal to 17.5 millimeter. The plane of the plano-convex lens is a light-beam incident plane, and a convex end is a light-beam exit plane. When the fixed light source is disposed at a coordinate origin, the convex curve of the plano-convex lens is composed of a series of points having specific coordinates. When the plano-convex lens shifts within the specific distance, a parallel light beam form the fixed light source can be refracted to achieve an effect of enhancing the uniformity of luminous brightness.

Through three different refracting types of the concave curved surface, non-spherical protrusions, and awl laterals, rays from the light emitting device will be gradually diffused away from the center light axis so that a double-side skew light distribution of illumination like a butterfly is projected.
