    摘要: A color toner that is able of forming a projected image having excellent color reproducibility when a toner image is produced on an optically transparent film by electrophotography, and a color toner that is excellent in chargeability and contaminates the developing roller to a minimum extent is provided. A process for producing the toner is also provided, wherein a color toner containing at least a binder resin, a pigment and a charge controller is produced in a first step of preliminarily kneading a blend of the color toner having a haze degree of 1 through 10% and the pigment with an organic solvent at a temperature lower than the melting temperature of the binder resin followed by a second step of thermal melting and kneading with addition of the binder resin and charge controller.

    摘要: A cylinder locking device comprises a thick cylindrical brake member whose inner diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of a piston rod to be locked. The cylindrical brake member is disposed in a casing and fitted on the piston rod, and has a slit opening formed axially therein. Two receive rollers are disposed oppositely and rotatably on both margins of the slit opening. An actuator having a tapered portion is disposed in the casing. The locking of the piston rod is released when the tapered portion is forced in between the receive rollers to expand the cylindrical brake member. When the actuator is not in actuation, the piston rod is strongly gripped and locked by the elasticity in the diameter-decreasing direction of the cylindrical brake member.

    摘要: Herein disclosed is a cylinder locking device for locking and stopping the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder in a desired position. There are fitted rotatably in a housing, a pair of thick, semicylindrical halves which are formed by dividing a thick cylinder having eccentric outer and inner circumferential portions axially into two halves at the thickest and thinnest portions. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is inserted slidably into the inner circumferential portions of the two semicylindrical halves. The piston rod is locked in the desired position by turning the two semicylindrical halves in the opposite directions through a pair of leaves which are attached to the two halves.

    摘要: A rodless cylinder which is capable of minimizing the leak of pressure fluid from a cylinder tube. A slit of an almost trapezoidal section is formed in the cylinder tube in a longitudinal direction thereof, a trapezoidal belt which is fixed to the ends of the cylinder tube at the both ends thereof is fitted into the slit, the trapezoidal belt slidably passes through a piston which is fitted into the cylinder tube, and a piston cup is fitted on the outer periphery of the piston. In addition, ribs are provided between an outer lip of the piston cup which is in abutment against the vicinity of the both sides of the bottom of the trapezoidal belt and an inner lip of the piston cup, and the both side walls of tile slit of the almost trapezoidal section are formed into convexly curved configurations in such a manner that the both side walls of the slit can be connected to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder tube forming a smooth curve. And, on the both upper side walls of the slit, there are provided projection strips for nipping and holding the trapezoidal belt therebetween.
