    摘要: Proposed is a box container suitable for holding and transporting a plural number of sheet-like bodies such as lead frames for semiconductor devices such as ICs. The box container consists of three parts including (a) an inner box member to hold the sheet bodies, (b) a box tray member into which the inner box member is inserted and (c) a covering member to be engaged with the box tray member. The inner box member is an integral plastic body consisting of a generally rectangular base plate and side plates each connected, independently from the others, at the bottom line to one of the four sides of the base plate while each of the side plates is jointed to the base plate not perpendicularly but with outward inclination from the bottom to the upper periphery in such a resiliently bendable fashion that, when the inner box member is inserted into the box tray member, each side plate is contacted with the side wall of the box tray member with resilience to take a perpendicular disposition to ensure little play between the side plates and the sheet bodies therein while good working efficiency is ensured in putting and taking sheet bodies into and out of the inner box member.

The hologram element can have hologram gratings on both surfaces thereof; one of them has a pattern of straight lines and the other has a pattern of concentric circles to obtain a widened deflection angle.

    摘要: Provided is a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive, which has superior overall performance, including heat resistance, adhesiveness, and solidification performance, and with which there is no reduction in the resulting IC card quality or productivity. Also provided is an IC card obtained by applying such a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive. The moisture-curing hot melt adhesive for an IC card comprises a urethane prepolymer (A) having a chemical structure (A1) derived from a polyester polyol (a1) that has isocyanate groups at the terminals and that is obtained by reacting of a diol and a dicarboxylic acid having 10 carbons or fewer. The moisture-curing hot melt adhesive has a shear modulus with non-moisture curing that is between (1×104) and (1×108) Pa at 40° C. and between (1×100) and (1×104) at 80° C. An IC card can be ideally produced by bonding a decorative material and a substrate using the moisture-curing hot melt adhesive.

    摘要: A method for producing a photocoupler includes the steps of: forming a waveguide structure on a substrate; forming a photoresist layer having a groove on the waveguide structure; mounting a prism on the photoresist layer so as to partially cover the groove; bonding the prism on the waveguide structure by injecting an adhesive into the groove; and removing the photoresist layer. The groove has a T-shaped pattern including a transverse section extending in a first direction and a longitudinal section extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The transverse section has a first width in the second direction which is smaller than a second length of a bonding face of the prism in the second direction. The prism is bonded to the waveguide structure through the bonding face. The longitudinal section has a second width in the first direction which is smaller than a first length of the bonding face of the prism in the first direction. The transverse section has a first length in the first direction which is greater than the first length of the bonding face of the prism in the first direction. The longitudinal section has a second length in the second direction which is greater than the second length of the bonding face of the prism in the second direction. The adhesive is injected into an end portion of the longitudinal section which is distanced away from the transverse section, the end portion not being covered by the prism.
