摘要: An apparatus and method for forming nanoparticles employs an inkjet dispenser and a nanoparticle formation device. The inkjet dispenser includes at least one orifice. A liquid solution with a substance to be transformed into nanoscale is received in the inkjet dispenser, and is dispensed from the at least one orifice to generate a plurality of microdroplets. The nanoparticle formation device is disposed to receive the microdroplets dispensed by the inkjet dispenser and form the nanoparticles therein.

摘要: A thermo-sensitve copolymer of following formula; is disclosed; wherein R1 is hydrogen, or —C(═O)—R2; R2 is C7-30 alkyl substituted or unsubstituted with functional groups; R3 is hydrogen, or C1-6 alkyl; and x, y or z individually is an integer greater than 0. The thermo-sensitive copolymers disclosed here are easy to be implanted into a human body through injection. The biodegradability is greatly improved and the cytotoxicity of the copolymers is low.

摘要: A liposome formulation for stably incorporating high content of hydrophobic substance is disclosed. The liposome includes two phospholipids with different phase transition temperatures such as saturated and unsaturated phosphatidyl cholines, hydrophobic substances, cholesterol, cholesterol derivatives, antioxidant and hydrophilic polymer-modified lipids such as MPEG-DSPE.
