    摘要: A positively charged organic photosensitive body is provided, the photosensitive body being free from public hazards, and being highly sensitive and highly durable. The photosensitive body has a photosensitive layer of a laminated structure on a conductive substrate. The photosensitive layer has a charge transport layer (I) having hole mobility, a charge generation layer, and a charge transport layer (II) containing a curing product of a doped amino resin and having electron mobility. The charge transport layer (I), the charge generation layer, and the charge transport layer (II) are laminated in this order on the conductive substrate. Various suitable substances may be added to the charge transport layer (II), thereby enhancing its durability without deteriorating the photosensitive characteristics.

    摘要: This invention relates to a layered photoconductor having a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer superimposed on an electroconductive substrate, which photoconductor has as the main component of the charge generating layer an aluminum phthalocyanine derivative which is represented by the formula, AlC.sub.32 N.sub.8 H(17-x)Cl.sub.x (wherein x=1.0 to 3.0), has the loss of weight on heating of 6.+-.0.5% by weight, shows strong X-ray diffraction peaks at 6.7 degrees, 11.2 degrees, 16.7 degrees, and 25.6 degrees, and shows the maximum absorption of the visible absorption spectrum in a wavelength range of 640 nm to 660 nm or 750 nm to 850 nm.The photoconductor according to this invention is highly sensitive without suffering from dispersion of performance, exhibits high sensitivity in various ranges of wavelength, and does not cause fogging in actual printing.

    摘要: A persistent photoconductive element comprising an electroconductive support, a pigment layer formed on said support and composed mainly of a phthalocyanine pigment or Indanthrene Blue GCD and a polymer layer formed on said pigment layer and composed mainly of a polyvinyl carbazole, said polymer layer containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of aliphatic halogenated hydrocarbons, halogenated acyl compounds, halogenated keto compounds and hydrogen donor compounds. This element exhibits an improved photoconductive sensitivity and prolonged photoconductivity over the prior art, whereby it is highly useful in electrophotographic processes requiring persistent photoconductivity. Additives, such as plasticizer and binding agent, may be incorporated in the polymer and pigment layers to improve the flexibility and mechanical durability of the persistent photoconductive element.
