Abstract: Provided are an information transmission method and device. The method includes that a base station configures, in multiplexing downlink control information (DCI), instruction information for instructing a user equipment (UE) that includes different types to act; and the base station sends the multiplexing DCI to the UE. The multiplexing DCI is DCI that multiplexes DCI of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and the multiplexing DCI is the DCI of the PDSCH in response to being scrambled by a preset radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) and is paging DCI in response to being scrambled by a paging radio network temporary identifier (P-RNTI), where the preset RNTI is an RNTI excluding the P-RNTI. Instruction information is set in multiplexing DCI to instruct a UE that includes different types to act to switch a paging mechanism.

Abstract: Provided are a resource configuration method and device. The method includes: assigning frequency-domain resource blocks (RBs) in a system to one or more sub-channels to form a sub-channel configuration in the system, where each of the RBs is included in only one sub-channel; and determining a unique sub-channel index for each sub-channel, and instructing one or more sub-channels, through the sub-channel index, the RBs included in the instructed one or more sub-channels to carry control information and/or data information of a user equipment. The solution solves the problem of large overheads incurred by indicating configured time-domain/frequency-domain resources in a V2V communication system and reduces overheads incurred by indicating configured time-domain/frequency-domain resources.

Abstract: Provided are a V2X communication method and device. The method includes: acquiring user attribute information; determining a detection parameter for detecting first V2X information according to the user attribute information, and detecting the first V2X information according to the detection parameter; and/or determining a sending parameter for sending second V2X information according to the user attribute information, and sending the second V2X information according to the sending parameter. The solution solves the problems of resource congestion and limited energy which are prone to occur in V2X communication in the related art, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the reliability of V2X communication, implementing congestion control and saving energy.
