Abstract: Provided are a method and device for determining precoding, a method and device for detecting data, a storage medium and an electronic device. Abstract: Provided are a signal transmitting method and apparatus, a storage medium and an electronic apparatus for random-access signal transmissions. The method includes determining resources for a random-access signal in a region that comprises 36 subcarriers and six symbol groups. The six symbol groups are assigned indices 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and a subcarrier index occupied by a symbol group is determined based on determining a first subcarrier index occupied by a neighboring symbol group, and determining the subcarrier index based on the first subcarrier index and an offset value. The method also includes transmitting the random-access signal using the determined resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing pre-configured dedicated resources for communications during the RRC (radio resource control) idle state, thereby enabling significant energy savings during the communication of small data packets, are described. One exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources for a communication between the network device and a terminal, and receiving information from the terminal over the pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources, wherein the terminal is in an idle mode and is without an established RRC connection. Another exemplary method for wireless communication includes receiving a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources for a communication between a network device and the terminal, and transmitting, while in the idle mode and without an established RRC connection, information over the pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources.
