    Abstract: Methods and systems for techniques for updating user equipment capability information are disclosed. In an implementation, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a wireless device, to a first network in a first communication connection with the wireless device, a user equipment assistance information message to update a radio access capability between the wireless device and the first network due to detecting a change in the radio access capability between the wireless device and the first network based on an establishment of a second communication connection between the wireless device and a second network; or based on a determination by the wireless device to update the radio access capability between the wireless device and the first network.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to wireless communication formats that avoid conflicts in message transmissions. In one implementation, conflicts are avoided by determining that transmitting the uplink message according to a first transmission format will result in a conflict, and responsively determining to transmit the uplink message according to a second transmission format. In another implementation, conflicts are avoided by waiting to transmit a message part until a next time unit of a physical channel that is not conflicted. In another implementation, conflicts are avoided by configuring time units of a second physical channel relative to time units of a first physical channel according to an uplink time unit offset.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for generating a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook feedback for at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by a downlink control information (DCI). One method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a radio resource control (RRC) parameter to configure an enhanced dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook feedback mode; receiving, by the UE, the DCI comprising a set of parameters to configure at least one PDSCH group comprising the at least one PDSCH; and transmitting, by the UE, a HARQ-ACK codebook feedback based on the set of parameters in the DCI and the at least one PDSCH group. Another method includes receiving, by the UE, the DCI comprising a bit field used for triggering a one-shot HARQ-ACK feedback mode; and transmitting, by the UE, a one-shot HARQ-ACK feedback based on a set of parameters in the DCI.
