    Abstract: A method and apparatus for configuring and detecting information integrity, and for discovering fake base stations is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for authenticating a first wireless communication, includes: transmitting a first message from a first unit of the first wireless communication node to a second unit of the first wireless communication node, wherein the first message comprises first integrity information of at least one first information block in a system message configured by the first unit; receiving a second message by the first unit of the first wireless communication node from the second unit of the first wireless communication node, wherein the second message comprises second integrity information of at least one second information block in the system message configured by the second unit; and transmitting a third message from the first wireless communication node to a wireless communication device.

    Abstract: An example technique for communicating transmission delay includes receiving, at a first communication node, delay information from a second communication node for data packets transmitted from the second communication node to the first communication node, determining, by the first communication node, a transmission delay of the data packets based on the delay information, receiving, at the first communication node, a first message from a third communication node requesting the transmission delay of the data packets; and transmitting, from the first communication node in response to the first message, a second message to the third communication node, the second message including the transmission delay for the data packets.

    Abstract: Provided are a congestion control method and device, and a base station. The congestion control method includes: determining whether a traffic data flow transmitted by a base station is congested; setting an Internet protocol (IP) data packet in the traffic data flow when the traffic data flow transmitted by the base station is congested, where the set IP data packet is used for indicating that the traffic data flow transmitted by the base station is congested. The present disclosure solves the problem in the existing art that user throughput is affected because a base station only determines whether the base station is congested.
