摘要: The present invention concerns type II photoinitiators for the free-radical crosslinking of silicone compositions, in particular acrylic silicone compositions. The present invention concerns a silicone composition C1 that can be crosslinked by exposure to radiation with a wavelength of between 300 and 450 nm, comprising:—at least one organopolysiloxane A comprising at least one methacrylate group bonded to a silicon atom, at least one organohydrogenopolysiloxane H comprising at least two, and preferably at least three hydrogen atoms each bonded to different silicon atoms, and—at least one free-radical photoinitiator P. The present invention also concerns the provision of a silicone composition that can be polymerized or crosslinked by free-radical process comprising a type II photoinitiator system suitable for crosslinking silicone compositions, in particular by exposure to radiation, and absorbing light radiation with a wavelength greater than 300 nm.

摘要: The present invention concerns type II photoinitiators for the free-radical crosslinking of silicone compositions, in particular acrylic silicone compositions. The present invention concerns a silicone composition C1 that can be crosslinked by exposure to radiation with a wavelength of between 300 and 450 nm, comprising: —at least one organopolysiloxane A comprising at least one methacrylate group bonded to a silicon atom, at least one organohydrogenopolysiloxane H comprising at least two, and preferably at least three hydrogen atoms each bonded to different silicon atoms, and—at least one free-radical photoinitiator P. The present invention also concerns the provision of a silicone composition that can be polymerized or crosslinked by free-radical process comprising a type II photoinitiator system suitable for crosslinking silicone compositions, in particular by exposure to radiation, and absorbing light radiation with a wavelength greater than 300 nm.

摘要: Crosslinkable or crosslinked silicone compositions that can be used, in particular, to form a non-stick and water-repellent coating or film for flexible substrates and in the form of natural or synthetic polymer films are provided. These compositions comprise crosslinking organopolysiloxanes bearing SiH units and unsaturated organopolysiloxanes, preferably vinyl organopolysiloxanes, capable of reacting with the crosslinker by addition reaction, in the presence of platinum in order to form the non-stick crosslinked coating on the flexible substrate, and at least one crosslinking and attachment-promoting additive X. These compositions are advantageously free of solvent and can be crosslinked instantaneously into a non-stick and/or water-repellent coating for a flexible substrate.

摘要: There is provided a process for producing an organopolysiloxane A comprising at least one (meth)acrylate group, said process comprising the following steps: a) the following are reacted at a temperature of between 50 and 140° C., optionally between 70 and 130° C.: at least one organopolysiloxane B comprising at least one epoxy group, with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid or a mixture of the two, in the presence of a catalyst C which is a complex of iron in the oxidation state (III), of formula (1) below: [Fe(L1)3] (1) in which the symbols L1, which may be identical or different, represent a ligand chosen from the group made up of: a β-dicarbonylato anion or the enolate anion of a β-dicarbonyl compound, a carboxylate anion and an alkoxide anion, and of at least one solvent, and b) the product obtained, which is said organopolysiloxane A or a mixture containing predominantly said organopolysiloxane A, is isolated.
