The synchronization device includes a first synchronization ring connected to the rotor shaft for conjoint rotation, a second synchronization ring, a friction disk located axially between the first synchronization ring and the second synchronization ring, a clutch body connected to the input shaft for conjoint rotation, and a sliding sleeve, axially slidable along the clutch body to initiate synchronization of the first synchronization ring and the second synchronization ring for conjoint rotation to couple the rotor shaft to the input shaft. The first synchronization ring may have a cone for receiving the second synchronization ring.

The bearing assembly includes a bearing that is axially fixed to the shaft, and a sleeve having a tubular section, a radially inwardly extending flange at a first end of the tubular section and a radially outwardly extending flange at a second end of the tubular section. The bearing is received in the tubular section and abuts at least a portion of the tubular section and the radially inwardly extending flange. The radially outwardly extending flange abuts a surface of the housing surrounding the opening of the housing thereby setting an axial position of the at least one gear relative to the opening of the housing.

摘要: A device for detecting rotational or linear movements includes a transmitter with sections, and a magnetoresistive sensor. The sections are alternatingly inversely magnetized along a trajectory extending in a first spatial direction. The sections includes respective magnetic poles that oppose each other in a second spatial direction, orthogonal to the first spatial direction, and an extent in a third spatial direction orthogonal to the first spatial direction and to the second spatial direction. The sections are magnetized over a length in the third spatial direction that is less than the extent. The magnetoresistive sensor is spaced from the transmitter by a gap in the second spatial direction, and the magnetoresistive sensor is stationary. The spatial directions may be directions in a cylindrical coordinate system or a cartesian coordinate system.

The shaft is fixed to the rotor carrier and the cup has an annular flange disposed axially between the spring and the housing. In an example embodiment, the housing has a pump housing for a cooling pump and the cup contacts the spring and the pump housing before the generator module is installed in the vehicle. In an example embodiment, the housing and the rotor carrier have complementary conical surfaces, and the spring is arranged to urge the complementary conical surfaces into contact.
