摘要: A transmission for an at least partially electrically driven vehicle includes a rotor shaft of an electric machine, an input shaft, and a synchronization device arranged to couple the input shaft to the rotor shaft. The synchronization device includes a first synchronization ring connected to the rotor shaft for conjoint rotation, a second synchronization ring, a friction disk located axially between the first synchronization ring and the second synchronization ring, a clutch body connected to the input shaft for conjoint rotation, and a sliding sleeve, axially slidable along the clutch body to initiate synchronization of the first synchronization ring and the second synchronization ring for conjoint rotation to couple the rotor shaft to the input shaft. The first synchronization ring may have a cone for receiving the second synchronization ring.

摘要: A compact and fast-shifting two-speed transmission for an electric drive system, such as an electric vehicle, has two synchronized dog clutches. A sliding sleeve for engaging a first and second gear is actuatable using a single actuator. A substantially load-interruption-free shifting is realized via a friction engagement in the synchronization. A drive system having such a two-speed transmission is capable of achieving at least substantially load-interruption-free shifting.

摘要: A shifting system includes an input member, a disconnect, an output member, and a shifting assembly to selectively rotationally couple the input member and the output member. The shifting assembly includes an input hub having a disconnectable component engageable with the disconnect and a clutch engagement component extending radially away from an axis. A plurality of clutch plates is coupled to the clutch engagement component and is moveable between engaged and disengaged positions. A biasing member is coupled to the clutch plates to bias the clutch plates toward the engaged position, and an apply plate is coupled to the biasing member. The apply plate is moveable between a first plate position where the clutch plates are in the engaged position, and a second plate position where the clutch plates are in the disengaged position. A clutch plate carrier is coupled to the clutch plates and to the output member.

摘要: An engagement device (1) for a transmission (G), the engagement device (1) including a gear shift sleeve (S) arranged between a first idler gear (LR1) associated with a shaft (W) of the transmission (G) and a second idler gear (LR2) arranged coaxially to the shaft (W). By displacing the gear shift sleeve (S) towards the first idler gear (LR1), a rotationally fixed connection between the shaft (W) and the first idler gear (LR1) can be established. By displacing the gear shift sleeve (S) towards the second idler gear (LR2), a rotationally fixed connection between the first idler gear (LR1) and the second idler gear (LR2) can be established. The first idler gear (LR1) includes a plurality of axially projecting extensions (F) which extend through openings (A) formed in the gear shift sleeve (S).

摘要: A rotary propulsion system for a tiltrotor aircraft operable to transition between rotary and non rotary flight modes. The rotary propulsion system includes an engine coupled to a freewheeling unit. A gear system positioned between the freewheeling unit and a proprotor assembly has a torque path coupling assembly disposed between an engine side gear assembly and a rotor side gear assembly. In a disengaged position, the torque path coupling assembly interrupts the torque path between the engine and the proprotor assembly. In an engaged position, the torque path coupling assembly completes the torque path between the engine and the proprotor assembly. A hybrid power unit is configured to accelerate the engine side gear assembly to match the output rotating speed to the input rotating speed enabling the torque path coupling assembly to shift from the disengaged position to the engaged position.

The present locking apparatus can implement a bidirectional locking function, and has a simple structure.

A gear system has a torque path coupling assembly between a first gear assembly that is coupled to the freewheeling unit and a second gear assembly that is coupled to a proprotor assembly. The torque path coupling assembly has an engaged position wherein the output of the first gear assembly is coupled to the input of the second gear assembly thereby providing a torque path between the engine and the proprotor assembly. The torque path coupling assembly also has a disengaged position wherein the output of the first gear assembly is independent of the input of the second gear assembly thereby interrupting the torque path between the engine and the proprotor assembly.

摘要: A clutch includes a first disk-shaped clutch body, a second disk-shaped clutch body, and a synchronizing mechanism. The first disk-shaped clutch body has a first face spline formed as a first claw-type toothing. The second second disk-shaped clutch body has a second face spline formed as a second claw-type toothing. The second disk-shaped clutch body is axially spaced from the first disk-shaped clutch body and axially movable against the first disk-shaped clutch body to engage the second face spline with the first face spline. The synchronizing mechanism is for synchronizing a rotational speed of the first disk-shaped clutch body to a rotational speed of the second disk-shaped clutch body.
