摘要: A transmission for a motor vehicle is provided. The transmission has a hydraulically or electrically operable gearshift sleeve, a clutch pack, an input shaft, and an output shaft, a gearshift sleeve, a gearshift sleeve claw, and an opposing output claw associated with the output shaft. The gearshift sleeve can be moved from an initial position into a first position, in which the gearshift sleeve transfers an axial force by way of the first ramp element and the second ramp element to the clutch pack for synchronization of the disks, and into a second position, in which the gearshift sleeve claw is connected to the output claw interlockingly in the direction of rotation and thus the input shaft and the output shaft are interlockingly coupled. A method for shifting such a transmission is also provided.

摘要: Systems and method for a two-way clutch are provided. In some configurations, the two-way clutch includes a driven member having a first mating surface, a drive member having a second mating surface, and a locking mechanism arranged between the first mating surface and the second mating surface. The locking mechanism is operable to contact the first mating surface and the second mating surface, in response to an outside force applied to the drive member that loads the locking mechanism. The two-way clutch further includes an engaging member. The engaging member provides a predetermined interference on the locking mechanism to hold the locking mechanism off of at least one of the first mating surface and the second mating surface, when the locking mechanism is in an unloaded state.

摘要: A synchronizer ring is made of steel and has a main body with a conical friction surface. A toothing and at least one blocking body project radially outward from the main body. The blocking body has an engagement section extending in the axial direction. The engagement section has a first edge, which runs approximately parallel to a first end face of the main body and has a first width extending in the circumferential direction, and two mutually opposite second edges extending from the first edge. To improve the durability of the synchronizer ring, the second edges have a convex curvature in a plan view of the engagement section. A second width extending in the circumferential direction between the second edges is greater than the first width at a depth spaced apart from the first edge.

摘要: A method for providing artificial lift with an electric submersible pump system includes providing an electric submersible pump system having a motor, a pump assembly, a seal assembly, and a shaft assembly extending along a central axis from the motor to the pump assembly. The pump assembly includes two or more pump sections and a coupling with a transmission mechanism is located between the two or more pump sections. The motor rotates a motor shaft segment of the shaft assembly that is in engagement with a first pump section and starts the first pump section. One of the transmission mechanisms is moved from a disengaged position to an engaged position where the coupling conveys the rotation of the motor shaft segment to the adjacent shaft segment and starts another of the two or more pump sections.
