Abstract: A tilting inversion exerciser includes a carrier pivotally attached to a supporting stand for mounting a supporting table and for supporting a user, the supporting table includes a number of grooves, and a massage member is engaged with either of the grooves of the supporting table for attaching to the supporting table and for selectively engaging with the user to selectively massage the user. The massage member includes a catch engageable through the grooves of the supporting table for attaching to the supporting table, the catch is coupled to the massage member with a reduced neck member. The catch includes a length (L) greater than the width (D) of the grooves of the supporting table for engaging with the supporting table.

Abstract: A lower back exercise apparatus exercises or imparts laterally and upwardly directed movements into a user's lower back when seated thereupon. The lower back exercise apparatus includes a lower base assembly, an upper seat assembly, and a motor assembly. The lower base assembly includes an upper, laterally concave base surface. The upper seat assembly includes a lower, laterally convex seat surface and an upper seat surface. The upper seat assembly is laterally ridable upon and movable relative to the lower base assembly. The motor assembly is drives a laterally directed, cylindrical arc length trajectory of the upper seat assembly relative to the lower base assembly. Abstract: An exercise and massage device utilizes a substantially spherical body having a central cavity that extends to opposite sides of the spherical body so that the cavity forms openings on opposite sides of the spherical body. The spherical body has an outer core of a first resilient hardness. A single rigid handle is positioned within the cavity. The openings of the cavity are sized and configured for allowing a user to access and manually grasp the handle through either opening. A resilient outer layer surrounds the outer core of the spherical body and provides an exterior surface of the spherical body. The resilient outer layer has a second resilient hardness that is less than that of the first resilient hardness of the outer core of the spherical body to provide a cushioning effect when the device is used in a massage mode. The device is weighted to provide a total weight of the device of from 2 lbs or more.

Abstract: An exercise apparatus may include a first horizontal bar, a second horizontal bar, a titled body supporting unit, a supporting assembly and an adjusting unit. In one embodiment, both the first horizontal bar and second horizontal bar are located at a rear portion of the exercise equipment, so the user can fully extend his arms and stretch the back muscle and cervical spine when grasping the horizontal bar. The adjusting unit is used to adjust the titled angle of the titled body supporting unit. The user can hold either the first or second horizontal bar and lay the body on top of the titled body supporting unit, such that the titled body supporting unit can sustain a substantial portion of the user's weight to enable the user to lift the body with the arms holding on the horizontal bar, even though the user is elder or overweight.

Abstract: An abdominal exercising apparatus should allow the user to strengthen their abdominal and oblique muscles in a comfortable manner. The present invention seeks to strengthen the stomach muscles and do so in a comfortable manner that allows the user of the invention to exercise in an upright seated position, while also providing a massage of the user's back muscles along each side of their spine. The present invention can be used on a bench, chair, couch, or other seating apparatus where it can be used in comfort and while engaged in other passive activities, such as, watching TV. Abstract: A foam roller includes a cylindrical body having a passage defined axially therethrough. A support coat made of multiple foam portions includes more than two different colors, and the foam portions are connected to each other by way of heat-pressing. The foam portions are coated to the outer surface of the body and have a first face and a second face. At least the second face has multiple continuous grooves and multiple continuous protrusions, wherein the outer face of each of the protrusions is removed by way of cutting or grinding so as to form a processed face. The processed face and the grooves located on two sides of the processed face have three different colors.
