ARE TO BE FORMED. THE ELEMENTS ARE MOVABLE BOTH AXIALLY AND ROTATIVELY RELATIVE TO ONE ANOTHER TO PROVIDE, UPON COMPLETION OF THE MOLDING OPERATION, AN OPEN PASSAGE FOR THE CLOSURE IWTH ITS INTEGRALLY FORMED LUG TO BE REMOVED AXIALLY THEREFROM.

摘要： A nozzle is provided having a low precipitation rate and uniform fluid distribution to a desired arcuate span of coverage. The nozzle has an inflow port having a shape corresponding to the desired arc of coverage and a size for effecting a low precipitation rate. The nozzle also has a deflector surface with a water distribution profile including ribs for subdividing the fluid into multiple sets of fluid streams. There are at least two fluid streams for distant and close-in irrigation to provide relatively uniform distribution and coverage. The nozzle may be a unitary, one-piece, molded nozzle body including a mounting portion, an inflow port, and a deflector portion. There is also provided a mold assembly and method for forming a unitary, one piece nozzle body.

摘要： A first and second inner dies are combined to form a molding cavity, in which a fluidic material is charged and hardened for molding a tubular member, which has a side surface at least partially defining a projected portion being higher at one end than the other end. The first inner die forms an inner space of the tubular member. The second inner die forms the projected portion. A first actuating unit draws the first inner die from the other end along a first moving path, which is substantially linear along an axis of the tubular member. A second actuating unit draws the second inner die from the other end along a second moving path, which bulges toward the inner space and passes through the inner space.

摘要： A molding apparatus can include a primary mold, a stripper, and a swinging member. The swinging member can comprise a molding surface defining an undercut portion of a molded item. The swinging member can directly contact or attached to the stripper and the primary mold. To facilitate removal of a molded item, the swinging member can withdraw through a hole in the primary mold as a direct result of a motion of the stripper to pull the molded item off the primary mold. The molded item can then be easily removed.

摘要： A method of casting or moulding an article having an internally screw-threaded hole comprises introducing casting or moulding material into a mould cavity around a core pin formed with segments of a screw thread separated by flutes and also around withdrawable flat core members projecting into the mould cavity with their leading ends fitting snugly into the flutes. The segments of screw thread form the male image of segments of the required female thread. When the casting or moulding material has set first the core members are withdrawn from the mould cavity then the core pin is rotated to bring the screw-threaded segments into the positions formerly occupied by the flutes and the pin is withdrawn axially from the mould cavity. Finally the article is removed from the mould cavity.
