    摘要: A first and second inner dies are combined to form a molding cavity, in which a fluidic material is charged and hardened for molding a tubular member, which has a side surface at least partially defining a projected portion being higher at one end than the other end. The first inner die forms an inner space of the tubular member. The second inner die forms the projected portion. A first actuating unit draws the first inner die from the other end along a first moving path, which is substantially linear along an axis of the tubular member. A second actuating unit draws the second inner die from the other end along a second moving path, which bulges toward the inner space and passes through the inner space.

    摘要: A control means of a molding machine is designed so as to control molding cycles SA and SB for sequentially performing injection of molten resin into a product portion of a mold 1 to fill it therewith, cooling down and solidification of the filled molten resin, mold opening of the mold 1, taking-out of a molded product, and mold closing of the mold 1 as well as changing the shape of a molten resin filled region of the product portion in accordance with the shape of a molded product to be molded in the next molding cycle during the present one molding cycle. Therefore, it is possible to change the shapes of molded products without the need to stop the molding cycle.

    摘要: In a case connection structure for connecting connection end portions of both case members, a boss portion is formed in one of the connection end portions to protrude to the other one of the connection end portions, and a recess portion into which the boss portion is fitted is formed in the other one of the connection end portions. A slit is provided in the boss portion, and a press-fitting portion is provided in the recess portion to be press-fitted into the slit. While the boss portion is fitted into the recess portion, the press-fitting portion is press-fitted into the slit to expand the boss portion to an outer side, so that an outer surface of the boss portion press-contacts the recess portion.
