摘要： A closure is provided with a closure bottom that is designed to close off a container opening. A circumferential wall is connected to the closure bottom. The circumferential wall has an inner thread that is formed of two or more thread sections spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the circumferential wall. The inner thread has a thread axis. The closure bottom has at least one demolding opening and the at least one demolding opening overlaps at least one of the thread sections, when viewed in the direction of the thread axis of the inner thread. An injection mold with only a first mold half and a second mold half is provided for molding the closure.

The sealing ring and membrane edge are overlapped by segment tabs that are disposed axially spaced from the bottom of the recess and protrude radially from the cylinder wall of the recess, forming an undercut.

摘要： A method of removing a hollow article having peripherally spaced internal enlargements from an injection mold assembly by first drawing a portion of the mold core intermediate the enlargements rearwardly such that the end of this portion is substantially clear of the enlargements and then rotating the article and the enlargement defining portion of the core with respect to each other to substantially release the article from contact with the enlargement defining core portion. The apparatus includes a special core assembly comprising a shank member having an end portion with peripherally spaced molding depressions in its outer surface for forming the enlargements, a clearance member which is slidable along the shank member to create a clearance for the internal enlargements of either the part or the molding depressions of the shank member when either of the latter is rotated with respect to the other.

A first actuating unit draws the first inner die from the other end along a first moving path, which is substantially linear along an axis of the tubular member. A second actuating unit draws the second inner die from the other end along a second moving path, which bulges toward the inner space and passes through the inner space.

摘要： A mold for molding a body or cap for a connector. The mold comprises a mold body (1) and an axial core (2) which together define a mold cavity in the shape of the body or cap. The core has a sleeve (3) and an inner pin (4) each having complementary castellations (8, 10) which interdigitate in a first configuration. In the first configuration, the castellations (8, 10) are arranged such that respective recesses (11) are formed each bound by the proximal end of a first castellation (8) and the side walls of adjacent second castellations (10). Each recess has a shape to form a respective first portion of the body or cap. The sleeve (3) and inner pin (4) are axially movable to a second configuration in which the castellations (8, 10) are disengaged from one another. The inner pin (4) is rotatable to a third configuration in which the first castellations (8) can be axially withdrawn following a path occupied by the second castellations (10) in the first configuration.
