Moreover, there is provided a hose spooling device wherein the device is adapted to be connected to the facility for loading or unloading of hydrocarbons through paying out a hose over or near to the bow of the vessel.

    摘要: A system of lashing a tender assist drilling unit (TADU) to a floating production platform includes a plurality of lashing lines reeved over a hydraulic-pneumatic tensioning system sheave assembly and a plurality of fixed anchor points to the above water line section of the production platform hull structure. The hydraulic-pneumatic tensioning device will, when in tensioning mode, compensate and control the relative movement between the two floating bodies. The hydraulic-pneumatic tensioning system will also enable lashing pre-tension adjustments during operations and fine-tuning of system performance can be done site-specific based on lessons learned. The hydraulic-pneumatic tensioning device will, when in hydraulic lock mode, enable a fixed lashing line system. This will by the means of the first units mooring winch system enable; a winch-in for close proximity during heavy lifting; or an efficient lashing pay put during extreme weather preparation for increased separation between the two units.

    摘要: An equipment complex for deploying and recovering marine geophysical seismic or electric-survey bottom stations is mounted on a ship. The complex includes—a powered capstan, —rotatable turntables and rolls, —load-bearing units connected to the bottom stations by various fasten means and capable of winding onto the capstan and turntables, a work platform supporting a bottom station placed thereon, —an indicator for registration of the bottom stations' coordinates, mounted on the platform, —a limit switch mounted on the platform, switching ON when the bottom station is placed on the work platform, and OFF when it's removed therefrom providing for operation of the indicator. The complex may include floating buoys, damping loads, and halyards for deploying the stations. Methods for deploying and recovering the bottom stations using the equipment complex are described. Some recovering methods contemplate winding the load-bearing units onto the capstan, while switching the turntables for each subsequent load-bearing unit.

    摘要: A floating dock mover that utilizes electrically powered devices to aid in relocating a floating dock whenever water levels change in a lake or reservoir. Electrical powered winching mechanisms are used to adjust cables lengths to maintain a position, or aid to obtain a new position of the dock in relation to the shoreline. Additionally, a motorized speed reducer is used to turn the wheels on the dock walkway, which moves the walkway and dock away from, or toward the shore. By electrically powering winch cable lengths, plus electrically powering the walkway wheels, the dock can be relocated horizontally and vertically and maintain a relative desired position in relation to a moving shoreline. An additional electrically motorized unit is used to operate an anchor which aids in maintaining a dock in a desired position.
