A variety of motor protectors are provided for application in variable temperature environments and multiple wellbore orientations. Each of these motor protectors also may have various moisture absorbents, filters, particle shedders and various conventional motor protector components.

    摘要: The wet-running submersible motor comprises a shaft and an electrical rotor arranged thereon, both being arranged in the rotor space of the motor. The shaft is formed hollow either on its longitudinal section on the pump side or over the whole length. On the pump side the shaft surrounds a sealing formation for sealing the rotor space of the motor with respect to the pump. Furthermore the hollow shaft is provided with radial flow passages in order to circulate fluid in the rotor space of the motor. Through the hollow shaft fluid is also led to the pump side, for which the shaft end on the pump side is provided with a fluid passable functional unit. The functional unit is formed so that it at least allows a fluid flow towards the pump side in order to bleed the rotor space and to reduce excess pressure in the rotor space which is subsequently filled with delivery fluid via the sealing formation, by way of fluid exit towards the pump side.

The pump has end lids 12, 13 with an inlet and an outlet for pumped fluid, and at least two pump modules 7 sandwiched between the end lids 12,13. Each pump module includes a casing 1 with an enclosed volume 20 and at least two pump stages 6. At least one coolant inlet 10 and outlet and a separate power connection 16 for connection to a VSD is included in each module. Each pump stage 6 includes an impeller 5 with a rotor 4, a stator 2 surrounding the rotor 4, provided to drive the rotor and a can 3 between the impeller 5 and the stator 2.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a watertight apparatus for an underwater motor, comprising a double oil jacket for preventing high-pressure water from entering the underwater motor along a rotary shaft of the underwater motor. According to the present invention, high-pressure water is prevented from entering the underwater motor along the rotary shaft of the underwater motor even in the case of mechanical devices which operate in deep water, thereby preventing failure in the operation of or damage to mechanical devices caused by the ingress of water. In addition, the oil jacket can be easily replaced, thereby enabling the effective performance of maintenance and repair of mechanical devices.
