    摘要: A gas turbine combustion system includes a combustor that has at least two injection stages each configured to inject fuel into a combustion chamber of the combustor. A fuel supply circuit is in fluid communication with the at least two injection stages for providing the fuel from a fuel supply to the injection stages. The fuel supply circuit includes at least two branches, each branch being fluidly coupled to a respective injection stage. The gas turbine combustion system further includes at least two heat exchangers fluidly coupled to a thermal fluid supply. Each heat exchanger is disposed in thermal communication on a respective branch of the at least two branches for modifying a temperature of fuel within the respective branch.

    摘要: Disclosed is a fuel mixed injection method for a gas turbine. The method includes the following steps: arranging a secondary fuel injection nozzle and a secondary air injection nozzle on a secondary combustion section, wherein the secondary fuel injection nozzles is closer to a main combustion section than the secondary air injection nozzle; and injecting secondary fuel and secondary primary air in sequence through the secondary fuel injection nozzle and the secondary air injection nozzle, respectively, thus enabling the secondary fuel to spontaneously combust in a mainstream high-temperature flue gas atmosphere to form a transverse jet flame and increase the flame lift-off height.

    摘要: A turbine engine combustion assembly including a casing, a combustion chamber, and at least one fuel injector. The combustion chamber includes an internal wall and an external wall extending one inside the other and connected by an annular chamber base wall. The external wall of the chamber is secured to an annular external wall of the casing. The injector is attached to the annular external wall of the casing and includes a fuel ignition enclosure extending inside the casing successively through openings in the casing wall and in the external wall before opening into the chamber. At least one wall of the ignition enclosure extending between the casing wall and the combustion chamber wall includes at least one air intake port. The external wall of the combustion chamber is solidly connected to a device for plugging the air intake port according to a thermal expansion state of the combustion chamber.

    摘要: A fuel supply system includes a metering and splitting arrangement receiving a fuel flow and controllably meters and splits the received fuel flow into metered pilot and mains flows for injecting at injector pilot and mains fuel discharge orifices to perform combustor staging control. The system includes mains isolation valves and a mains fuel distribution pipework has fuel lines connected to one of the orifices and extending therefrom to a respective one of the valves. Each valve has a closed position for removing the mains fuel from its injector through its line when the mains distribution pipework is deselected for pilot-only operation, and isolates its line from the metering and splitting arrangement. Each valve has an open position for refilling its injector with mains fuel through its line when the mains distribution pipework is selected for pilot and mains operation, and reconnects its line to the metering and splitting arrangement.

A plurality of fuel nozzles are connected in fluid communication with the fuel supply system to supply fuel from a fuel source to be issued for combustion from the fuel nozzles. A cooling system is included, wherein at least one of the fuel nozzles includes a cooling circuit in addition to a fuel circuit for issuing fuel from the fuel supply system for combustion. The cooling circuit includes an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is in fluid communication with the cooling system for circulation of coolant through the cooling circuit and back to the cooling system out the outlet of the cooling circuit for cooling the fuel circuit with the fuel circuit staged off.
