    摘要: A circuit carrier includes a substrate, a capacitive electrode layer, a plurality of metal pads and a plurality of bridges, and a plurality of conductive pillars. The capacitive electrode layer formed on a surface of the substrate and includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes. At least two of the first electrodes are connected to each other and be arranged across a die-bonding region of the substrate for separating at least two of the second electrodes that partially protrude from the die-bonding region to respectively form extensions. The metal pads and the bridges are formed on another surface of the substrate and are located outside of the die-bonding region. Each of the bridges connects two of the metal pads, and each of the conductive pillars is embedded in the substrate and connects one of the extensions and a corresponding one of metal pads.

    摘要: A transparent display device with a touch sensor is provided, which may reduce loss of light transmittance due to a touch sensor and a touch line and may detect a defective touch sensor in a touch block. The device includes transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area disposed between the transmissive areas adjacent to each other, a plurality of touch lines provided in the non-transmissive area, and a plurality of touch blocks respectively connected to the plurality of touch lines. Each touch block includes a plurality of touch sensors disposed in the transmissive areas and comprised of M number of rows and N number of columns, a plurality of sensing lines disposed to correspond to the N number of columns, and a plurality of sensing transistors respectively connected to the plurality of touch sensors, transferring a voltage of the connected touch sensor to one of the plurality of sensing lines.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes: a display substrate; a touch electrode layer on a light outgoing side of a display substrate and including at least one first electrode and at least one second electrode, which intersect with each other and are insulated from each other; an additional electrode layer in a layer different from the touch electrode layer and including at least one first additional electrode, wherein an orthographic projection of the at least one first additional electrode on the display substrate at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of a corresponding first electrode on the display substrate; and an insulating layer between the additional electrode layer and the touch electrode layer; wherein the at least one first additional electrode is connected to the corresponding first electrode through at least one first via in the insulating layer.
