摘要: An apparatus for generating a decoded two-channel signal, comprising: a parametric decoder for providing parametric data for a second set of second spectral portions and a two-channel identification identifying for a second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions either a first two-channel representation for the second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions or a second two-channel representation for the second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions, the second two-channel representation being different from the first two-channel representation; and a frequency regenerator for regenerating the second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions depending on a first spectral portion of a first set of first spectral portions, the parametric data for the second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions and the two-channel identification for the second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions to acquire a regenerated second spectral portion of the second set of second spectral portions.

摘要: The present document relates to audio source coding systems. In particular, the present document relates to audio source coding systems which make use of linear prediction in combination with a filterbank. A method for estimating a first sample (615) of a first subband signal in a first subband of an audio signal is described. The first subband signal of the audio signal is determined using an analysis filterbank (612) comprising a plurality of analysis filters which provide a plurality of subband signals in a plurality of subbands from the audio signal, respectively. The method comprises determining a model parameter (613) of a signal model; determining a prediction coefficient to be applied to a previous sample (614) of a first decoded subband signals derived from the first subband signal, based on the signal model, based on the model parameter (613) and based on the analysis filterbank (612); wherein a time slot of the previous sample (614) is prior to a time slot of the first sample (615); and determining an estimate of the first sample (615) by applying the prediction coefficient to the previous sample (614).

摘要: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media for performing linear predictive coding (LPC) are described. At least one of a differential spectrum tilt and an energy difference between a current frame and a previous frame of the audio signal is determined. A spectral stability of the audio signal is detected based on at least one of the differential spectrum tilt and an energy difference between the current frame and the previous frame of the audio signal. In response to detecting the spectral stability of the audio signal, quantized LPC parameters for the previous frame are copied into the current frame of the audio signal.

A coding method codes an input sound signal frame by frame of a predetermined time segment by a selected coding processing from a plurality of types of coding processing in the frequency domain, the coding method makes it possible for a selection unit to select coding processing which is different from the coding processing of the preceding frame as coding processing of the present frame if at least one of the magnitude of the energy of high frequency components of the input sound signal of the preceding frame and the magnitude of the energy of high frequency components of the input sound signal of the present frame is smaller than or equal to a predetermined threshold value.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for reconstructing an audio signal having a baseband portion and a highband portion is disclosed. The method includes obtaining a decoded baseband audio signal by decoding an encoded audio signal and obtaining a plurality of subband signals by filtering the decoded baseband audio signal. The method further includes generating a high-frequency reconstructed signal by copying a number of consecutive subband signals of the plurality of subband signals and obtaining an envelope adjusted high-frequency signal. The method further includes generating a noise component based on a noise parameter. Finally, the method includes adjusting a phase of the high-frequency reconstructed signal and obtaining a time-domain reconstructed audio signal by combining the decoded baseband audio signal and the combined high-frequency signal to obtain a time-domain reconstructed audio signal.

摘要: A method performed in an audio decoder for decoding M encoded audio channels representing N audio channels is disclosed. The method includes receiving a bitstream containing the M encoded audio channels and a set of spatial parameters, decoding the M encoded audio channels, and extracting the set of spatial parameters from the bitstream. The method also includes analyzing the M audio channels to detect a location of a transient, decorrelating the M audio channels, and deriving N audio channels from the M audio channels and the set of spatial parameters. A first decorrelation technique is applied to a first subset of each audio channel and a second decorrelation technique is applied to a second subset of each audio channel. The first decorrelation technique represents a first mode of operation of a decorrelator, and the second decorrelation technique represents a second mode of operation of the decorrelator.
