    摘要: It is an object to provide an improved filter or illumination device. In order to achieve the above object, an illumination device is provided having multiple optical color filters wherein a first time period, required for at least one of the multiple optical color filters to pass across a light path, is different from a second time period, required for each of the other optical color filters to pass across the light path. According to another aspect of this invention, an illumination device has multiple optical color filters and an optical member wherein a boundary, which extends in a direction, is provided between one of the multiple optical color filters and another one of the multiple optical color filters, and the optical member includes an inlet for receiving light from the optical color filters, wherein the inlet extends in a first direction corresponding to the direction of the boundary when the boundary crosses the light path, for a greater distance than the inlet extends in a second direction.

    摘要: An image processor includes a first write device which serially inputs each of plural kinds of color component data for each pixel, and writes each color component data into a first line buffer for each line. A second write device reads in a unit of a line for each color component data written in the first line buffer, and writes each color component data corresponding to the plural lines into a second line buffer having a storage capacity which is larger than that of the first line buffer. A conversion device performs longitudinal-to-lateral conversion by using each color component data corresponding to the plural lines written in the second buffer. An output device serially outputs a visible image representing each color component data corresponding to the plural lines converted by the conversion device.

    摘要: A digital color photograph printer (mini-lab) and a photograph copier which uses a drop on concurrent drop selection and drop separation demand printing mechanism. The system consists of a color continuous tone scanner, a scanner signal conditioning unit, a digital halftoning unit, a data phasing unit, and a printing mechanism using liquid ink. When copying, continuous tone image information from the image scanner is digitally color corrected, digitally halftoned in real-time and printed by the printing head. The system may be operated by a human operator, or may be fully automatic, producing a copy of a photograph after sensing payment by coin, banknote, credit card, or other means.

    摘要: A color image copier operable both in analog and digital modes has a light source having a lamp and a screen with an opening. The screen is rotatable around the lamp so that light emitted from the lamp can be directed selectively to a color original or to a photosensitive film. Light reflected from the color original is received by an image reader which reads image data from the reflected light. The shutter transmits or screen light from the lamp selectively according to data read by this image reader.

    摘要: An image transfer system including a photosensitive medium having a layer of microcapsules formed on a substrate, an exposing device having a cathode ray tube for emitting a radiation for imagewise exposing the photosensitive medium, and a CRT control device for controlling the cathode ray tube. Each microcapsule includes a photosensitive resin whose strength is varied according to an amount of exposure thereof to the radiation, and contains a chromogenic material capable of chemically reacting with a developer material, to form a visible image. The CRT control device stores image signals representative of a picture frame, and applying the image signals to the cathode ray tube, to cause the tube to emit the radiation for forming a latent image of the picture frame on the photosensitive medium, so that the latent image is subsequently developed into a visible image.
