The tire illuminating apparatus 12 includes a base member 20 which is coupled to the vehicle 10 above the tire 14. The illuminating apparatus 12 is also provided with a light directing member 36 which is coupled to the base member 20 which directs light so that diagonally extending light beams are cast on the tire 14. An illuminating member 44 for providing a predetermined source of light is also provided. The illuminating member 44 is coupled in the base member 20 so that light is provided to the light directing member 36 to illuminate the tire 14 as desired.

摘要： Left and right lamps of rear are connected to switch to a stop lamp switch or a turn signal switch by left and right relays. When the turn signal switch is made ON to left and an intermittent signal is inputted from a flasher unit, a left relay is made ON by an output of a left integrating circuit and a left lamp is flashed in accordance with the intermittent signal. During the time period, an NAND circuit for inputting the intermittent signal is made H. Since a right relay is made OFF, when the stop lamp switch is made ON, a right lamp is continuously lighted. Thereafter, when the turn signal switch is made OFF, the NAND circuit is made L and the left relay is made OFF by rapidly discharging the left integrating circuit. Thereby, also the left lamp is shifted to light continuously without delay.

Because the LED panel is sandwiched by the insulation pads on the front and the rear side, the front anchoring lid and the inner duct form an interval therebetween, and the plug lid and the outer duct have radiation openings formed on the periphery thereof and form a radiation space, the LED panel and the conductive wire may be prevented from damaging in high temperature.

摘要： A floodlight that is adapted to projecting a pattern of light from the housing of a vehicle exterior mirror on an area adjacent a portion of the vehicle in order to create a lighted security zone in that area. The pattern extends laterally onto the vehicle and downwardly and rearwardly of the mirror housing. In this manner, the lighted security zone extends from the vehicle door to the rear of the vehicle. An actuator for the floodlight includes a base unit in the vehicle and a remote transmitter wherein the base unit is responsive to a signal from the remote transmitter in order to actuate the floodlight. The actuator may further include a lockout device in order to prevent actuation of the floodlight during operation of the vehicle. A signal light is additionally included in the exterior mirror housing in order to project a second pattern of light from the mirror housing extending laterally away from the vehicle and rearwardly of the vehicle. In this manner, the second pattern cannot be directly observed by the driver of the vehicle but may be observed by the driver of another vehicle passing the equipped vehicle. The signal light operates in unison with a turn signal, brake signal, or both, of the equipped vehicle.

In general, the vehicle wheel is installed at both sides of the vehicle body and tires are attached to the wheels, respectively. Regardless of the materials of the wheel, all the wheels are attached to and detached from the axle by fastening means. However, all the light emitting devices for use in a wheel usually employ the power of the vehicle or an additional battery. For this reason, there is a significant limitation in the use. According to the present invention, the lighting is induced by the generation of electricity due to a rotary power of the wheel so that the power can be stably supplied and the lighting can be accomplished when the vehicle is traveling.

A lens is positioned at a distance from the LED board to face the first side of the LED board. A potting compound is provided on the second side of the LED board. The potting compound can completely fill the second side of the LED board. The lens can include a first surface facing an external side of the LED light that is substantially smooth, to prevent collecting dust therein, and a second surface facing the LED board. That second surface can be contoured to include an upper region to refract light in a first direction, a lower region to reflect light in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a middle region including horizontal grooves. That middle region may diverge light in a horizontal direction and converge light in a vertical direction.
