    摘要: A lighting device (1) for a motor vehicle headlamp, including an optoelectronic component (2), a cooling element (3), a circuit board (4), a stabilisation element (5) and a fastening element (6), wherein the stabilisation element (5) comprises an opening (5a) for enclosing the optoelectronic component (2), wherein at least two stabilisation arms (7) extend away from an edge of the opening (5a), which stabilisation arms (7) are equipped to act on the optoelectronic component (2), wherein the cooling element (3) contacts the optoelectronic component (2) on a side facing away from an active side of the optoelectronic component in such a manner that the same exerts a pressure on the optoelectronic component (2) acting in the direction of the active side of the optoelectronic component (2), wherein the at least two stabilisation arms (7) are designed resiliently and act on the active side of the optoelectronic component (2) in such a manner that the at least two stabilisation arms (7) counteract this pressure of the cooling element (3).

    摘要: A dimming mechanism, which is used for dimming a lighting unit and includes a fixed ball head connecting piece, a first adjustable ball head connecting piece, and a second adjustable ball head connecting piece; one end of the fixed ball head connecting piece is connected to the lighting unit, and the other end is connected to a support frame or lamp body; one end of the first adjustable ball head connecting piece is connected to the lighting unit, and the other end is supported on the support frame or lamp body; and a sliding slot is provided on the lighting unit, and one end of the second adjustable ball head connecting piece (1c) is slidingly connected to the sliding slot so that the sliding slot is, by means of the back and forth motion of the second adjustable ball head connecting piece, driven to rotate, and the lighting unit is, by means of the rotation of the sliding slot, driven to rotate so as to achieve dimming in a second direction. Further disclosed are a vehicle lamp module comprising a dimming mechanism, a vehicle lamp, and a vehicle. The dimming mechanism can achieve the miniaturization of the dimensions of the vehicle lamp module in the second direction, and can improve the precision of dimming in the second direction.

    摘要: A vehicle lamp structure includes a heat dissipating device, an LED light source, a reflector, a supporting frame, a light-blocking plate, and a lens unit. The LED light source, the reflector, and the supporting frame are disposed on the heat dissipating device. The LED light source includes a substrate and LED units that are arranged along a lengthwise direction. The reflector has reflection surfaces that are respectively located above the LED units such that light emitted by the LED units is reflected by the reflection surfaces. The light-blocking plate is disposed in the supporting frame and has a frame body and at least one baffle, and the baffle is disposed in the frame body, such that through holes are formed in the frame body so that the light reflected by the plurality of reflection surfaces can pass through the through holes, respectively.

The heat sink has a mounting surface that defines, with respect to ambient light incident thereon, one main direction of a beam perpendicular to the mounting surface and secondary directions of the beam inclined to the main direction of the beam at angles having absolute values smaller than or equal to 90 degrees. The heat sink also has a reflection surface oriented such that, with respect to the ambient light incident on thereon, a main direction of the beam of the reflection surface is perpendicular to the reflection surface and points in a direction included in the angle range determined by the main direction of the beam of the mounting surface and the secondary directions of the beam of the mounting surface. The LED module further includes an LED light source on the mounting face and pigments on the reflection surface.
