    摘要: The present invention discloses a liquid volumetric device comprising a metering tube, a start sensor, an end sensor, a bath for storage of a sample to be metered, a vacuum chamber and a pump for pumping out air inside the vacuum chamber to form a negative pressure inside the vacuum chamber. The start sensor and the end sensor are provided respectively at the bottom and the top of the metering tube, the top of the metering tube is in communication respectively with the vacuum chamber and the outside atmosphere via pipelines, the bottom of the metering tube is in communication respectively with the bath and the vacuum chamber via pipelines, and control parts are provided in each of the pipelines for controlling connection/disconnection thereof. Thus, by forming a negative pressure inside the vacuum chamber, a sample in the bath may be pressed from down to up into the metering tube by means of a pressure difference between the atmosphere and the negative pressure, so as to complete the volume metering, whereby an occurrence of the side flow phenomenon can be completely eliminated.

Each operation of the metered dosing pump dispenses a measured and controlled amount of toothpaste into the bristles of the toothbrush. In addition to providing a flow of toothpaste, the rear side of the toothbrush may also include an additional “flavor burst” pack module to deliver an additional flavoring or another material, such as fluoride, to the flow of toothpaste.

    摘要: An apparatus releases a sunless tanning product from one or more containers for uniform spray application to the skin of the user. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus is structured as a vertical tower and a plurality of containers are held in spaced vertical alignment so that each container is positioned in operative alignment below an actuator lever. A control knob is operatively linked to the actuator levers, whereupon operation of the control knob serves to move the actuator levers to simultaneously depress discharge nozzles on each of the containers, thereby causing sprayed release of the sunless tanning product with the assistance of a propellant, such as aerosol. In the preferred embodiment, the control knob is connected to a cam mechanism which, upon rotation thereof, serves to move a linkage to operate the levers relative to the discharge nozzles of the containers between an off position and an on position. The tower is surrounded by a housing having vertically arranged nozzle openings aligned with the nozzles of the spray containers. The control knob is accessible on the exterior of the housing. In another embodiment, the apparatus holds a single container of the sunless tanning product for spray application to the face.

The tanks are provided with first and second octane level sensors mounted in the first and second fuel tanks respectively for measuring fuel octane levels and generating output signals indicative of the octane levels of the first and second fuels. The fuel dispensers include a blending system for blending the first and second fuels to form at least one blended fuel having an intermediate octane. A site controller in electronic communication with the blending system receives the output signals and controls the blending system to permit the dispensing of one or more blended fuels based on the measured octane levels of the first and second fuels.

A pressure sensor (52) is mounted into each tank not in fluid communication with the other tanks. The signals produced by the pressure sensors are forwarded to a control module (54). In the event the measured pressure drops below a selected level the control module actuates an alarm (56). The control module also disables the dispenser (31, 32) generating the liquid that is being vaporized.
