    摘要: A process for preparing an alternating copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile which comprises contacting butadiene and acrylonitrile in liquid phase with a catalyst, said catalyst comprises the first component selected from the group consisting of an aluminum halide and a zinc halide, a vanadium compound as the second component and the third component selected from the group consisting of an organo-aluminum compound, an organozinc compound and an organolithium compound. The alternating copolymers obtained by this invention are rubber-like in character and are useful in the field of rubber, plastics industries, etc.
