The invention can divide the indoor space into different sub-spaces, control pollutants in a smaller area, reduce the possibility of large-scale pollutant diffusion, and realize that the supply air outlets and the return air outlets can be switched mutually to adapt to different usage scenarios and needs.

    摘要: An air-wall room system, suspended from a room ceiling, having a compressed air discharge duct. The air discharge duct is used for circulating compressed air into a hollow, four sided, upper air-wall frame with air openings. The air from the upper air-wall frame is circulated into a work space. The hollow upper air-wall frame includes air discharge ports for creating an air-wall. The air-wall, similar to a curtain, prevents toxic gases from escaping outside the work space. Corners of the upper air-wall frame are attached to vertical frame members. A bottom of the vertical frame members is attached to corners of a hollow, four sided, lower air-wall frame. The lower air-wall frame includes vacuum ports for receiving the bottom of the air-wall. A side of the lower air-wall frame is connected to a vacuum air exhaust duct. The air exhaust duct is used for drawing a vacuum in the hollow lower air-wall frame and exhausting the air-wall out a vacuum air exhaust duct.

    摘要: A roof mounted ventilation assembly having an integrated supply and relief fan assembly. The assembly is drum shaped with a central portion circumferentially defined by centrifugal blades that extend between top and bottom plates. Both top and bottom plates have a central opening, respectively, and axial supply fan blades are disposed within the central opening of the top plate. A supply duct extends through the central portion, fluidly coupling the central openings. The supply duct fluidly communicates a roof-mounted air intake to a supply discharge plenum operatively associated with an interior space. An inlet collar is fluidly couples the remainder of the central portion not closed off by the supply duct to the interior space, wherein relief air in this remainder of the central portion is urged by the centrifugal blades out exhaust ducts to the external environment in a direction transverse relative to axial supply air.

    摘要: An air handling unit for a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration system wherein the exhaust air is drawn away from the return air flow by one or more fans located cantilevered on a wall of the air handling unit. The one or more fans may be located within an exhaust hood, through which the exhaust air exits the air handling unit. This air handling unit has a shorter length through elimination of an exhaust fan section. The exhaust air may be drawn through an exhaust damper before being driven into the exhaust hood by the one or more fans. A method can include drawing an exhaust airflow through an exhaust damper, using fans positioned cantilevered on a wall of the air handling unit and directing the exhaust airflow into an exhaust hood mounted on the side wall of the air handling unit.
