摘要: A mobile steel grit dryer used to dry steel grit may be configured with a number of different functions and features to assist a contractor in performing steel or other structure maintenance when using steel grit in resurfacing the structure. The steel grit dryer may be configured with a heat process vacuum bypass so that an off-board vacuum, such as a vacuum on a grit recycling system, may be utilized as opposed to having an onboard vacuum. The dryer may include multiple modes so that an operator may use different modes for different environmental conditions. An exoframe may provide for better durability when being transported to different jobsites. A variety of automation and safety features may also be provided to simplify and improve safety for operators.

摘要: A dryer for a web of textile material having at least one dryer compartment, in which at least one air-permeable cylinder is rotatably disposed, around which the web of material may partially loop so that heated drying air may flow through the web of material. At least one fan is provided by which humid drying air from the inside the at least one cylinder may be suctioned off from a front-sided opening of the at least one cylinder and discharged as discharge air through a duct. The dryer includes at least one sensor for determining the humidity of the discharge air flow, the data thereof being processed in a control with the initial humidity of the web of material and the humidity of the fresh air flow for closed loop control of the evaporative capacity of the dryer.

The apparatus (10) has a source of fluid (74) introduced at the dryer (12) so that sample material may be transported from the dryer (12) to the comminution device (14) by fluid flow, which fluid flow also extracts the sample material from the comminution device (14) for collection and subsequent analysis.

摘要: A blender has a mixing chamber for reception of materials to be blended. A mixing screw is mounted at a bottom of the mixing chamber for mixing materials within the mixing chamber and delivering mixed materials to an outlet feeding a processing line. The blender has a plurality of material handling compartments. One or more cleaning air jets are provided in each material handling compartment. The cleaning air jets are operable to direct material towards an outlet of the compartment. Each cleaning air jet is connected to a pressurised air supply through a valve which controls delivery of pressurised air to the cleaning air jet.
