    摘要： A METHOD AND APARATUS FOR DISPENSING A SLURRY OF MATERIAL. IN ONE POSITION OF THE VALVE, THE ACCUMULATOR ACCEPTS A PREDETERMINED QUANTITY OF THE MATERIAL AND WHEN THE VALVE IS RETURNED TO ITS NORMAL POSITION, THE ACCUMULATOR EXPELS THE PREDETERMINED QUANTITY OF MATERIAL THROUGH A DISPENSING NOZZLE.

It is easy for bulk production. In addition, the volume of the portable electrical grease gun according to the present invention is small so that it is easy to take and operate conveniently.

    摘要： A manual pump dispenser includes a plunger head reciprocable between pressure and return strokes, and a pump body having an inlet valve for inletting of liquid product during each of the return strokes. A discharge valve assembly is fitted to a spout for permitting selective outletting of liquid product through the spout during each of the pressure strokes. The spout includes a bore having a predetermined diameter, with a unitary valve disposed substantially within the bore. The unitary valve is made of a material for permitting predetermined axial, or axial and radial expansion thereof under pressure from liquid product during each of the pressure strokes for thereby allowing liquid product to be discharged through a slitted opening in the unitary valve, and enabling rapid contraction thereof against a valve seat to prevent liquid product from being discharged through the slitted opening.

    摘要： A battery powered grease gun has an overpressure relief valve for returning grease to the grease barrel mounted to the grease gun head when a plugged zerk prevents grease from exiting the output port. The grease gun head includes a small relief passageway joined to the output port of the grease gun head which is closed by an adjustable check valve. When the pressure of grease in the output port rises above a preselected pressure, grease will pass through the relief passageway to the grease barrel or, if so equipped, to the grease supply adapter which is mounted to the grease gun head. The grease gun head is additionally provided with a sampling duct which is joined to the output port. The sampling duct couples the output port to another port in which a pressure gauge or a pressure transducer may be installed. The pressure of grease in the output port may be displayed on the pressure gauge or on a display coupled to the transducer.
