    摘要: A motor control device and a motor control method are disclosed herein, where the motor control device includes a signal conversion unit, a frequency multiplication unit, a profile generation circuit and a frequency converter unit. The signal conversion unit receives a rotation speed signal from a motor and converts the rotation speed signal into a digital signal. The frequency multiplication unit generates a frequency multiplication signal based on the digital signal. The profile generation circuit performs frequency division on the frequency multiplication signal to get a profile signal. The frequency converter unit generates a reference signal and compares the reference signal with the profile signal to output a motor control signal.

    摘要: An AC power controller system applies three-phase AC operating power to an induction motor that drives a non-linear mechanical load. A primary low pass filter is connected in series between branch phase conductors and a power controller of the type that uses gate-controlled switching thyristors for controlling power to the motor. KVAR capacitors connected between the power controller and the induction motor phase windings form a secondary low pass filter across the controller output terminals. The primary and secondary low pass filters isolate the power controller and induction motor with respect to spurious noise and harmonics generated by local as well as remote sources, and also improve real power transfer efficiency from the power generating source to the induction motor by transforming the effective impedance of the power source and induction motor load.

    摘要: An AC--AC multi-module matrix PWM converter includes one to a plurality of phase banks within which are provided architecturally identical basic circuit modules of single phase output AC--AC matrix converters. Each basic converter module includes three-phase AC inputs and two output terminals. The modules may then be interconnected in series or parallel with other modules within a phase bank to increase the output voltage or current respectively of the phase bank. The differential power module structure and the differential phase PWM modulation scheme increases the output voltage by 15.5% in comparison with 120.degree. phase modulation. Individually designed and tested phase banks can be further connected to a higher power symmetric three phase system or multiphase system for various AC load and AC motor controls. The modular structure permits standardization of the power electronics design and manufacture at system level. The modular design permits using power components at lower voltage or current rating with low cost while obtaining higher power output through module integration.

    摘要: The invention relates to a control unit to control a continuous cycloconverter of the non-circulating current type which performs frequency conversion of an AC power source using a semiconductor element a to perform commutation by the AC power source and variable speed operation of an AC motor. Sine/cosine waves as secondary magnetic flux directional signals are obtained by a sine/cosine wave generator based on the slip phase and the rotor phase of the motor; deviation between torque current set value supplied from a speed controller and torque current feedback value is outputted as torque voltage adjusted value by a torque current control element, and deviation between exciting current set value supplied from a magnetic flux controller and exciting current feedback value is outputted as exciting voltage adjusted value by an exciting current control element; the torque and exciting voltage adjusted values are converted into alternating voltage set values using the sine/cosine waves as parameters, and the torque current set value and the exciting current set value are converted into alternating current set values also using the sine/cosine waves as parameters; the alternating voltage set value and the alternating current set value converted are outputted to a control circuit to alternately operate switching of the semiconductor elements of positive and negative groups which constitute the cycloconverter, and the amplitude error and the phase error produced between the alternating current set value supplied to the cycloconverter and the alternating drive current actually supplied to the motor can be reduced significantly.

    摘要: An induction generator/motor system has an induction machine connected at its secondary side to a cyclo-converter. An induced voltage develops when the cyclo-converter pauses during a transient phenomenon occurring in the system. When the induced voltage exceeds a predetermined voltage range which covers the maximum output voltage derivable from the cyclo-converter, the polarity of thyristor converters of the cyclo-converter is switched such that the induced voltage is applied to a thyristor converter to be rendered conductive next in forward relationship therewith, thereby preventing occurrence of an overvoltage.

    摘要: A frequency converter apparatus is provided with a frequency converter coupled to an AC power supply and to a load. The frequency converter converts an AC input with a given input frequency into an AC output with a given output frequency. The frequency converter apparatus is further provided with a frequency reference circuit and a harmonic cancel circuit. The frequency reference circuit supplies a reference signal to the frequency converter so that the output frequency of the AC output follows the reference signal. The harmonic cancel circuit supplies a harmonic cancelling signal to the frequency reference circuit so that the prescribed order of the higher harmonic of the AC output is substantially cancelled according to the frequency, magnitude and phase of the harmonic cancelling signal.

    摘要: A cycloconverter silicon controlled rectifier gate signal delay circuit for delaying the application of cycloconverter silicon controlled rectifier gate signals to the cycloconverter silicon controlled rectifiers next to be gated conductive to energize, in the opposite direction, a phase winding of a cycloconverter operated motor through which conduction has just been terminated. The anode-cathode electrodes of each of two oppositely poled silicon controlled rectifiers are connected in series with a coil and the parallel combination of a resistor and a capacitor across each phase winding of the motor. When conduction is to be terminated through a phase winding, the silicon controlled rectifier connected thereacross which is forward poled by the potential induced in the phase winding as the magnitude of phase current flow therethrough decreases is gated conductive. Respective magnetically operated reed-type switches, magnetically coupled to the magnetic field produced by the flow of current through the coil connected in series with the conducting silicon controlled rectifier, operate to delay the application of the cycloconverter gate signal to each of the cycloconverter silicon controlled rectifiers next to be gated conductive to energize the same phase winding of the motor in the opposite direction until phase current has reduced to substantially zero.
