The collar is positioned at a top end of the mop head such that the collar is capable of securing to a portion of a mop pole. The braided cord is arranged around the collar and attached to itself such that the cord forms a plurality of apertures and a plurality of loops. The bottom of the plurality of loops defines the bottom of the mop head, wherein the bottom of the mop head is capable of attached to the mop.

    摘要: A lighted sports court floor mop designed for drawing visual attention to itself. It has a circular mop body with a ring of downward facing LEDs imbedded about the entire perimeter of the mop head body. These LEDs face downward when the mop head is in use on the floor, and are not visible when the mop is in use, as they are embedded in the bottom face of the mop head. The light emitted from these LEDs is not directly visible when the mop is in use but rather the light directly emitted from the LEDs is reflected off of the floor to outside of the mop body so the viewing public sees the illusion that the mop body is floating above the court floor. A video display panel may be optionally mounted on the top deck of the mop head that is horizontally or vertically disposed. The lights and video display panel are operated by a pole handle mounted switch that operates the control module. The control module and its power source are housed in the mop body.

    摘要: An autonomous floor cleaning robot includes a body, a controller supported by the body, a drive supporting the body to maneuver the robot across a floor surface in response to commands from the controller, and a pad holder attached to an underside of the body to hold a removable cleaning pad during operation of the robot. The pad includes a mounting plate and a mounting surface. The mounting plate is attached to the mounting surface. The robot includes a pad sensor to sense a feature on the pad and to generate a signal based on the feature, which is defined in part by a cutout on the card backing. The mounting plate enables the pad sensor to detect the feature. The controller is responsive to the signal to perform operations including selecting a cleaning mode based on the signal, and controlling the robot according to a selected cleaning mode.
