    摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatus related to a homing mechanism within a drive mechanism of a lacing engine for an automated footwear platform are described. In an example, the homing apparatus can include an indexing wheel, a plurality of Geneva teeth and a stop tooth. The plurality of Geneva teeth can be distributed around a portion of a perimeter of the indexing wheel. Each Geneva tooth of the plurality of Geneva teeth can include side profiles conforming to a first side profile that generates a first force when engaged by an index tooth on a portion of the drive mechanism. The stop tooth can be located along the perimeter of the indexing wheel between two Geneva teeth. Additionally, the stop tooth can include side profiles conforming to a second side profile that generates a second force when engaged by the index tooth.

    摘要: A portable hose reel for storing and transporting a garden hose is disclosed. The spool of the hose reel has blow-molded flanges and single core to simplify assembly and provide increased strength. The hose reel also includes an unobtrusive hose connector and strain relief member to align the hose on the spool. In addition, a bow tie shape of the spool in combination with a metal frame geometry increases stability while winding or unwinding a garden hose. The hose reel further includes seal having a double O-rings each with a polytetrafluoroethylene backer to improve performance and longevity. Improved torque transmission from the hose reel crank to the spool is provided by a combination of the hose connector being embedded in a spool flange with a tabbed spacer block connected to the spool axel by a set bolt.

    摘要: The spool for storing and distributing linear product has a drum and inner flanges defining the ends of the drum. The drum is configured to receive a linear product wound about the drum. The inner flanges have locking gears on the outside faces of the inner flanges. The spool has an axle supporting the inner flanges and a pair of outer flanges. The outer flanges each have an outer flange gear positioned in their inner face and corresponding to the inner flange gear. The inner and outer flange gears cooperate to allow the drum to rotate in a first direction but not a second direction when the spool is supported by the outer flanges. The outer flanges are slightly taller than the inner flanges such that the spool may be positioned on a flat surface (e.g., truck bed or ground) and unwound without any equipment.

The optical sensor is positioned to view the tabs through the pair of slits, wherein the processor circuit is configured to operate the motor based, at least in part, on the signal as received from the optical sensor.

    摘要: A tape drive comprises a roll of a tape that can be extended from a rolled state to an extended state. The tape includes a rigid material that supports the tape and a pliable material disposed at least partially on one side of the tape. A compression roller is disposed on a side of the tape and is biased toward the tape. A drive roller is disposed on the other side of the tape. The drive roller comprises an uneven surface that mechanically engages the pliable material of the tape, without protruding through the tape, as a result of the bias of the compression roller forcing the tape toward the drive roller. A motor turns the drive roller to extend the tape from the roll as the protrusions of the uneven surface of the drive roller mechanically engage the pliable material of the tape as the drive roller turns.

    摘要: A temporary horizontal lifeline device includes a main frame, a central shaft pivotally arranged on the main frame, a drum and an external gear affixed on the central shaft, a spanner adapted for driving the central shaft to rotate, and a cable member winded around the drum. A gear groove is arranged on the periphery of the external gear. A first spring is arranged on the main frame so as to provide a force to enable the drum to retrieve the cable member. The main frame also comprises a brake element and a detent provided thereon. The brake element has a first state for restrict the gear groove and a second state for releasing the gear groove, which prevents the external gear from rotating forward and backward when the external gear is in the first state. The detent has a first position to mesh the gear groove and a second position to release the gear groove, so that the external gear is only allowed to unidirectionally rotate in the first position. Accordingly, the present invention is convenient and safe to use when conducting retrieving operation, and effectively improves the stress concentration issue of conventional detents.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a damper and an anti-irritable tractor, which relates to the field of pet traction devices and solves the problems that the damper has a short service life and the tractor is easy to lose the anti-irritable effect. The damper comprises a magnetic component and a damping plate, which are magnetically adsorbed and synchronously rotate or stand still when the rotating speed of a winding reel is less than the set speed; when the rotating speed of the winding reel exceeds the set speed, either of the magnetic component and the damping plate is connected with the winding reel, and the other of the magnetic component and the damping plate is connected with a stationary part, and when the magnetic component and the damping plate rotate relatively, the magnetic adsorption force between the magnetic component and the damping plate forms the resistance to limit the rotation of the winding reel. According to the damper, the adsorption force between the magnetic component and the damping plate can form the resistance to limit the rotation of the winding reel. The magnetic component and the damping plate are bonded and magnetically absorbed, and damping materials such as adhesive oil do not need to be filled. The heat generated by friction of the damping materials is reduced, and there is also larger magnetic force in case of abrasion, thus greatly prolonging the service life.
